THERE ARE NEVER TOO MANY SOLUTIONS. - IL N'Y A JAMAIS TROP DE SOLUTIONS.

A new ingredient here, a new direction there and the world goes on from one level to another. We should never allow ourselves to reach a point where what another individual is doing will stop us from pursuing our own dream especially if we are in the same field. There can never be too many solutions to any problem. In fact, as new innovations are coming and society is becoming larger and developing faster, more solutions and contributions will be needed. Ironically, many of these challenges will even be coming as a result of previous solutions. The diversity in the world system is often enhanced by this cyclical nature of life. We have gone from pure organic produce to GMOs and now many are returning to organics. 

With human evolution, you never know what changes will occur as time goes by. The interlocking nature of life’s cycles makes it quite unpredictable and we never know what phase of the evolution our lives will fall into. Accordingly, we have to be continually prepared to throw in our contributions as the opportunities present themselves. We have to do this because it is important for us to realise that we have only one lifetime to add our own value to the chain of human existence. There is usually so much going on at any given moment that we do not need to succumb easily to the thought of hiding under someone else’s identity and contribution. 

We do not need to do what others are 

doing in order to be relevant. The world is so diverse that all hands are meant to be on deck for societies to be wholesome. They say that variety is the spice of life, even just changing the way you package your product can make it more appealing to a certain community. Until you try you will never know. Our unique selling points are personal to us and we have to feel strongly about them. Life cycles can throw up solutions from the past that need to be adapted to present. If there is anything that you know you can do to bring out the best in you, just do it.

Un nouvel ingrédient ici, une nouvelle orientation là, et le monde continue d'évoluer. Nous ne devrions jamais nous laisser freiner par les actions d'autrui, surtout si nous travaillons dans le même domaine. Il n'y a jamais trop de solutions à un problème. En réalité, avec l'émergence de nouvelles innovations et l'accélération du développement de la société, davantage de solutions et de contributions seront nécessaires. Paradoxalement, nombre de ces défis découleront même de solutions antérieures. La diversité du système mondial est souvent enrichie par la nature cyclique de la vie. Nous sommes passés des produits biologiques purs aux OGM, et aujourd'hui, beaucoup reviennent au bio.

L'évolution humaine est imprévisible. L'interdépendance des cycles de la vie la rend difficile à prévoir, et nous ignorons quelle phase de l'évolution nous traverserons. Par conséquent, nous devons être constamment prêts à apporter notre contribution dès que l'occasion se présente. Nous devons agir ainsi car il est important de réaliser que nous n'avons qu'une seule vie pour apporter notre contribution à la chaîne de l'existence humaine. Il se passe tellement de choses à chaque instant que nous ne devons pas céder facilement à la tentation de nous cacher derrière l'identité et la contribution de quelqu'un d'autre.

Nous n'avons pas besoin de faire ce que font les autres pour être pertinents. Le monde est si diversifié que la contribution de tous est essentielle à l'épanouissement des sociétés. On dit que la variété est le sel de la vie ; même un simple changement dans la présentation de votre produit peut le rendre plus attrayant pour une certaine communauté. Tant que vous n'aurez pas essayé, vous ne saurez jamais. Nos atouts uniques nous sont propres et nous devons y croire profondément. Les cycles de la vie peuvent faire émerger des solutions du passé qu'il faut adapter au présent. Si vous savez que vous pouvez faire quelque chose pour donner le meilleur de vous-même, faites-le.

It is especially critical for those who want to achieve success as their authentic self to be absolutely sure of what they are passionate about. The amount of work that is put into birthing a dream is so significant that we cannot afford to spend time dealing with trivialities that will come back to haunt us. The regret of a lot of people in their later years is that they gave up too soon without giving their dream a worthy fight. Be that as it may, there is never an off time to be passionate. The embers of passion last long enough for anyone that is willing to fan them into flames. Many have succumbed to the paralysis of analysis and they are carrying the weight of regret. 

 It is often said that the person who plants a tree might never eat of its fruits, but people coming behind would be the beneficiaries of the harvest. Passion would drive us to plant a tree that we might not benefit from. Since we live in a trans-generational world, we can plant the seeds of our contributions at any time. Those who like minds coming behind will drive the dream to its conclusion. In this case, we will still be counted as a part of that contribution. As long as passion drives you to get your desired results, it has done its job. Whatever you are passionate about can be seen in the amount of space it occupies in your thought life. All you want to do will be centered on looking for ways to bring what is in your imagination to real time.

The answer to what will make society worth its while is found in every one of us and we must each be comfortable with that thought. People who think that “to every man his own” can shoot themselves in the foot by trying to orbit around their small lives. The passion to contribute is in-built because we are created to be relational. The thought of anyone living just to satisfy themselves is out of sync with however we humans are wired because we need each other no matter how talented we are. It is for this reason that egocentric behaviour is generally frowned at. Life links us in such a way that it is abnormal to step on others rather than holds hands together in order to make life interesting and sustainable.

Il est particulièrement crucial pour ceux qui souhaitent réussir en restant fidèles à eux-mêmes d'être absolument certains de ce qui les passionne. L'effort investi dans la réalisation d'un rêve est tel que nous ne pouvons nous permettre de perdre du temps avec des futilités qui risquent de nous rattraper. La réponse à la question de ce qui donnera un sens à la société se trouve en chacun de nous, et nous devons tous accepter cette idée. The place of leaving the door open for help must be explored even if we have been bitten before. Life is a continuous cycle of successes and failures, mistakes and lessons. That you experienced a hurtful and disastrous situation does not mean that you totally stop trusting people and stop trying. There should always be room for reconstruction. Room must be made for taking down any part that does not meet the standards and rebuilding. So long as we have the dexterity needed to be focused, obstacles will give way and we might even end up better than we expected. Challenges with engagements should not make us give up on the help that our vision will ordinarily need. These situations should be accepted as sparring partners that will help strengthen our muscles and make us more resilient.

 There is no way to become a better version of yourself that can handle the success you desire, without going through these tough challenges. When we give ourselves permission to receive blows aimed at stopping us and still come out with ourselves and our vision intact, then we know that satisfaction is guaranteed at the finish line. Often times, what happens is that people tend to beat themselves down when they go through a disappointing period that threatens their authenticity and they begin to second-guess themselves about everything. Whether you got hit and sustained bruises, it does not mean that you should give up on yourself and others that you are engaging with. 

The best anyone can do for themselves is pick themselves up, dust themselves up and keep going. What 

you achieve as your authentic self is usually not just for you alone but for some others looking to you for 

inspiration. With this at the back your mind, you need to push and push really hard because others need something that you have and you cannot afford to disappoint them. Life is full of ripple effects, no one should underestimate the ability they have to produce effects that will change others. We may never meet people who are routing for us and those who our lives have encouraged but whatever we do, we have to realize that there is that possibility of our lives impacting some people.

Il est essentiel de rester ouvert à l'aide, même après avoir essuyé des échecs. La vie est un cycle continu de succès et d'échecs, d'erreurs et d'enseignements. Tant que nous conservons la concentration nécessaire, les obstacles s'estomperont et nous pourrions même obtenir de meilleurs résultats que prévu. Les difficultés rencontrées dans nos engagements ne doivent pas nous faire renoncer à l'aide dont notre vision a besoin. Il faut les considérer comme des partenaires d'entraînement qui nous aideront à nous renforcer et à devenir plus résilients.

Il n'y a pas de moyen de devenir une meilleure version de soi-même, capable d'atteindre le succès désiré, sans traverser ces épreuves. Lorsque nous nous autorisons à encaisser les coups durs qui visent à nous arrêter et à en ressortir intacts, fidèles à notre vision, alors nous savons que la satisfaction est garantie au bout du compte. Souvent, lorsqu'on traverse une période décevante qui menace notre authenticité, on a tendance à se dévaloriser et à douter de tout. Même si vous avez essuyé des revers, cela ne signifie pas que vous devez baisser les bras ni abandonner vos proches.

Le mieux que l'on puisse faire, c'est de se relever, de se secouer et de continuer. Ce que vous accomplissez en étant vous-même n'est généralement pas seulement pour vous, mais aussi pour ceux qui vous voient comme une source d'inspiration. Gardez cela à l'esprit et persévérez, car les autres ont besoin de ce que vous possédez et vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre de les décevoir. La vie est faite d'effets d'entraînement ; il ne faut pas sous-estimer son pouvoir d'influencer positivement les autres. Nous ne rencontrerons peut-être jamais ceux qui nous soutiennent et ceux que nous avons inspirés, mais quoi que nous fassions, nous devons être conscients de l'impact que nos vies peuvent avoir sur autrui.

We all have the ability to stop and change course. So, we have to feel free to pull back when it looks like we are suffocating. The grip of unwanted influence can be really strong and it will take a lot of courage and confidence to do the needful and free ourselves. Is it going be without hassles? Definitely not! Many times, these are relationships or situations that have taken time to plan and nurture and pulling out can take a lot from us. Nonetheless, if we want to be satisfied with our success at the end of the day, no price will be too high to pay. Walking in other people’s shoes for the rest of one’s life cannot be a better alternative unless it is a choice that we have deliberately made. It is incumbent upon anyone who is proud of who they are, to take their decisions to maintain their identity very seriously. 

Entanglements are like little foxes that spoil the vine. They should never be given any breathing space by any intentional person. Whatever we feel is going to make us lose our voice and affect the choices that we make, must be immediately dealt with no matter how insignificant we think that it is. Slowly but surely things grow if left unattended and nobody who wants to achieve success as their authentic self should take that chance. We are living in a world where voices are getting louder and louder and the platforms from which they are screaming are increasing by the day. Now more than ever, we have to pay attention to what voices we should tune down because we have the power to do that. We can change the frequency we are on as well if there is no value addition.

However, if we think that we are super humans that can never be affected by such influences, the truth of that matter is that we are delusional and definitely deceiving ourselves. There is only one sure way to go; guard your space with all you can and in whatever way you can. There is nothing wrong with standing strong on your principles and values even at the expense of being called unpleasant names. No one reaches their desired height without dogs barking or people throwing stones, it is called life.

Nous avons tous la capacité de nous arrêter et de changer de cap. Il est donc essentiel de se sentir libre de prendre du recul lorsqu'on se sent étouffé. L'emprise des influences indésirables peut être très forte et il faut beaucoup de courage et de confiance en soi pour faire le nécessaire et se libérer. Est-ce que ce sera sans difficultés ? Certainement pas ! Bien souvent, il s'agit de relations ou de situations qui ont nécessité du temps et des efforts, et s'en détacher peut être très éprouvant. Néanmoins, si nous voulons être satisfaits de notre réussite, aucun prix ne sera trop élevé à payer. Se mettre à la place des autres pour le restant de ses jours n'est pas une meilleure alternative, à moins que ce ne soit un choix délibéré. ​​Il est du devoir de toute personne fière de qui elle est de prendre très au sérieux les décisions visant à préserver son identité.

Les enchevêtrements sont comme de petits renards qui rongent la vigne. Personne ne devrait leur laisser le moindre répit. Tout ce qui risque de nous faire perdre notre voix et d'influencer nos choix doit être traité immédiatement, aussi insignifiant que cela puisse paraître. Les problèmes s'aggravent lentement mais sûrement si on les laisse de côté, et personne qui aspire à réussir en restant fidèle à soi-même ne devrait prendre ce risque. Nous vivons dans un monde où les voix se font de plus en plus fortes et où les plateformes d'où elles s'élèvent se multiplient chaque jour. Our areas of operation are not the same in dimensions. Life is not usually in black and white, it is in a multiplicity of colours that gives it its beauty. Some might be bright and others may be dull but the important thing is that they are all colours and they form the kaleidoscope that we enjoy as life. The fact that you have found your place and you are good at what you do does not make you better than others. It just reveals your potentials and available possibilities. This revelation should humble us because not everyone will arrive at this point. 

The space available for any of us to function is just a place of privilege and service. It is what we do with these opportunities that ultimately define the success we eventually make of our lives. If you do not come out with results that improve yourself and your environment at the end of the day, there will be nothing that can be measured as success about the life you lived. Every one of us should be able to affect our environment in a positive way. This brings us to the question : "Will anyone actually miss you if you moved out of your neighbourhood, your office, your school or wherever you believe you have been making your contributions?" No one misses copies, people miss originals. 

There has to be something that you are contributing that will be difficult to replicate. Only those who live from their own place can accomplish things in ways that are difficult to replicate. Copies are a dime a dozen. Just as it is possible for someone to be a copy of another, it will always be easy to get people who are not sure of themselves to train as replacements for those who do not have any unique edge. People might not be indispensable but they can be irreplaceable. The potential and uniqueness of our place is custom made for us and we alone have what it takes to bring a particular kind of angle into the equation. When we have not discovered our place, this edge is missing and we can easily be replaced.

Certaines sont éclatantes, d'autres plus ternes, mais l'important est qu'elles soient toutes présentes et forment le kaléidoscope qu'est la vie. Avoir trouvé sa place et exceller dans son domaine ne vous rend pas meilleur que les autres. Cela révèle simplement votre potentiel et les possibilités qui s'offrent à vous. Cette prise de conscience doit nous rendre humbles, car tout le monde n'atteindra pas ce stade.

L'espace dont chacun dispose pour agir est un privilège et un lieu de service. C'est l'usage que nous faisons de ces opportunités qui, en fin de compte, détermine la réussite de notre vie. Si, au final, vous n'obtenez pas de résultats qui vous améliorent et améliorent votre environnement, votre vie ne sera pas une réussite. Chacun d'entre nous devrait pouvoir avoir un impact positif sur son environnement. De même qu’il est possible de copier quelqu’un d’autre, il sera toujours facile de former des personnes manquant d’assurance pour remplacer celles qui n’ont pas d’atout particulier. On n’est peut-être pas indispensable, mais on peut être irremplaçable. Le potentiel et le caractère unique de notre lieu nous sont propres, et nous seuls possédons les atouts nécessaires pour y apporter une perspective particulière. Tant que nous n’avons pas trouvé notre place, cet atout nous fait défaut et nous sommes facilement remplaçables.

People normally fear to involve other people in their pursuit even though they know that that is something that is necessary for their vision to reach its full potential. We must never 

underestimate the power of synergy. When there are groups of people who have a healthy comprehension of what needs to be done and what each person’s contributions should be, societies would be much easier to develop. Often times, the major challenge comes from people not understanding their roles. Everyone thinks it is their duty to overarch because they believe that the team needs them in every corner to function. When this happens, the atmosphere of disrespect prevails and prevents the necessary cohesion needed for robust synergy. The power partnership and teamwork is only unleashed in a place where everyone understands and esteems what they as well as others are bringing to the table. 

Like minds will know exactly where to partner without imposing. In the places where the loops join together, there is always an open connection that indicates a need to partner. Entering into a phase of partnering with others is a huge deal. This is a phase that sorely tests your appreciation and understanding of yourself and your purpose. Decisions that would normally not take time to make would now have to undergo the scrutiny and acceptance of others. It takes wisdom and courage to make adjustments when you allow others to be a part of what you want to achieve. Steps already taken might be revised or totally jettisoned and it would take mental strength to put yourself in such a vulnerable position. 

It is important that when we come into a space of working together, we should pay great attention to how we treat people. This will, to a very large extent, determine how far we can go and how much we can achieve. It is our duty to add strength to the chain and not to pull on one end of the loop until the weight of that pull causes the chain to break. Acceptance of the worth of what we can contribute gives us the kind of confidence that is essential in making us to accord others the respect that they deserve. It is not easy for people to work together and keep their identities intact but when this happens, a lot of progress is made.

On craint souvent d'impliquer autrui dans ses projets, même si l'on sait que c'est indispensable pour que sa vision atteigne son plein potentiel. Il ne faut jamais sous-estimer le pouvoir de la synergie. Cette phase met à rude épreuve votre connaissance et votre compréhension de vous-même et de votre objectif. Des décisions qui, en temps normal, seraient prises rapidement devront désormais être examinées et acceptées par autrui. Il faut de la sagesse et du courage pour s'adapter lorsqu'on permet à d'autres de contribuer à la réalisation de ses ambitions. Les mesures déjà prises pourraient être révisées, voire totalement abandonnées, et il faut une grande force mentale pour se mettre dans une position aussi vulnérable.

Il est important, lorsque nous travaillons ensemble, de porter une grande attention à la façon dont nous traitons les autres. Cela déterminera, dans une large mesure, notre potentiel et nos réussites. Il est de notre devoir de renforcer la chaîne et de ne pas tirer sur un seul fil jusqu'à ce que le poids de cette traction la rompe. Accepter la valeur de notre contribution nous donne la confiance essentielle pour accorder aux autres le respect qu'ils méritent. It is quite dangerous to always want what others have because it stops you from recognising your own potentials. You can only improve on what you appreciate. If you are too busy looking at the grass that is greener on the other side of the fence, you will never water and nurture your own. Anything that is

nurtured will produce expected results if the person nurturing gives it their whole-hearted attention. There are ways of adding value to anything whatsoever, and for those who want to succeed as their authentic self, this should be a no brainer. Once they can get an image of the results they want, that should be the one thing that they focus on achieving right from the outset. In order to maintain this level

of concentration, looking for ways to improve ourselves daily then becomes our paramount business. The successful people that we are admiring, on whose account we want to shelve our dreams so that we can copy theirs, also had to walk that path of discipline and devotion. 

Why would anyone choose to remain the same in this world that is full of opportunities for improvement in every sphere of existence? Everywhere we turn there is always a chance that we will find some raw material or something that can be readapted or improved upon. This mindset is found in only to those who are cognizant of this fact. We have to be intentional in how we live. For example, bread does not become part of our menu out of nowhere, it is birth from the minds and hands of those who know the various possibilities that are available in the wheat plant. Success demands that we have inquisitive minds that make us to stretch our imagination beyond what is usually apparent to the eyes. 

We have to train ourselves to be analytical in

our thinking and imagine possibilities where other people are satisfied with the current state of anything. The reason why many are easily satisfied is that many of us do not see ourselves as a part of the value chain. Hence we are satisfied to stay in the shadows and watch, only to later accept becoming copycat. Succeed we may but, satisfaction is definitely not guaranteed this way no matter how much we deluded ourselves. There is something inside you that remains true to your authentic self that will continuously nudge you to make a way for it to come out. Pay attention.

Il est dangereux de toujours vouloir ce que les autres possèdent, car cela vous empêche de reconnaître votre propre potentiel. On ne peut progresser que sur ce que l'on apprécie. Si vous êtes trop occupé à regarder l'herbe plus verte ailleurs, vous ne prendrez jamais soin de votre propre potentiel. Tout ce qui est cultivé produira les résultats escomptés si la personne qui le cultive y consacre toute son attention. Il existe des moyens d'ajouter de la valeur à tout, et pour ceux qui veulent réussir en restant fidèles à eux-mêmes, cela devrait être une évidence. Une fois qu'ils ont une idée précise des résultats qu'ils souhaitent obtenir, c'est sur cet objectif qu'ils doivent se concentrer dès le départ. Afin de maintenir ce niveau de concentration, chercher quotidiennement à nous améliorer devient notre priorité absolue. Les personnes qui réussissent et que nous admirons, pour lesquelles nous sommes prêts à mettre de côté nos rêves afin de copier les leurs, ont elles aussi dû emprunter ce chemin de discipline et de dévouement.

 Pourquoi se contenter du statu quo dans un monde regorgeant d'opportunités d'amélioration dans tous les domaines ? Partout où l'on regarde, on peut trouver une matière première, quelque chose à réadapter ou à perfectionner. Seuls ceux qui en sont conscients adoptent cet état d'esprit. Nous devons vivre de manière intentionnelle. Par exemple, le pain n'apparaît pas par hasard dans notre alimentation ; il est le fruit du travail et de l'imagination de ceux qui connaissent les multiples possibilités offertes par le blé. La réussite exige une curiosité intellectuelle qui nous pousse à dépasser les apparences.

Nous devons nous entraîner à l'analyse, et à imaginer des possibilités là où d'autres se satisfont du statu quo. Si beaucoup se contentent si facilement, c'est parce que nous ne nous considérons pas comme faisant partie de la chaîne de valeur. Nous nous résignons donc à rester dans l'ombre et à observer, pour finalement devenir de simples imitateurs. On peut réussir, certes, mais la satisfaction n'est en aucun cas garantie, même en se berçant d'illusions. Au fond de vous, il y a quelque chose qui reste fidèle à votre véritable nature et qui vous pousse sans cesse à la laisser s'exprimer. Faites y attention.

STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF AND YOUR PURSUIT. - RESTEZ FIDÈLE À VOUS-MÊME ET À VOTRE OBJECTIF.

If you want to ever look back at your life and pat yourself on the back, stay true to yourself. This does not mean that you are totally averse to outside influence, it just shows that you have a good understanding of what you need to enhance your assets and to go for it. Approaching life with the realization that no one is superhuman, gives us the right perspective to confront situations without caving in to pressures to jump ship or quit. Experiences like these will give you the benefit of recognizing when you need to make necessary adjustments in order to maximize output. Staying true to yourself does not mean that you become foolhardy. The major problem that makes a lot of people crumble during these periods is that they did not mentally prepare for setbacks. They believe from the onset that they are knowledgeable and talented enough to handle changes effortlessly. 

Life changes and there is nothing anyone can do about that. Change from one dimension to another can be so drastic that some people can begin to wonder if they are still in this present life or they have been transported to another one. We get into situations that were never on our radar and we can be totally out of our depth. The evolution of society is a major factor that can bring about such changes and there is no absolute way of factoring in such changes before they happen. What we need to do, at such times, is to reroute our minds to process what is going on and respond to the changing times rather than react. If we allow panic to set in, we might set ourselves up to grudgingly tag along those who have been able to properly respond to the unexpected changes. There is nothing as concerning and disruptive as watching other people making progress in a season where we seem to be clueless. 

Funny enough, the only thing that differentiates the ones who are making progress from the others is their ability to manage change and grow while those same situations are acting as a hindrance to others. Part of being successful is knowing when to let go and when to pivot. There are no hard and fast rules that cannot be adjusted and adapted when we are pursuing our dreams. The only thing that we should jealously guard is the core essence of the vision. We should never allow anything to get in the way of our focal point of concentration. If we take our focus off the bull’s eye, our aim will be affected and we will not attain our desired goals. It is foolish pride that makes people think that they do not need to listen to those who have gone ahead. Most importantly though, we have to realise that the final decision is ultimately yours. If you decide to take your eyes off the mark because you want to follow another person you consider more successful, you will have yourself to blame.

Si vous voulez un jour être fier de votre parcours, restez fidèle à vous-même. Cela ne signifie pas être totalement imperméable aux influences extérieures, mais simplement comprendre ce dont vous avez besoin pour développer vos atouts et oser les concrétiser. Aborder la vie en sachant que personne n'est surhumain nous offre la perspective nécessaire pour affronter les situations sans céder aux pressions et abandonner. Ces expériences vous permettront de reconnaître les ajustements nécessaires pour optimiser vos résultats. Rester fidèle à soi-même ne signifie pas devenir téméraire. Le principal problème qui fait s'effondrer beaucoup de personnes dans ces moments-là est leur manque de préparation mentale aux échecs. Elles croient d'emblée être suffisamment compétentes et talentueuses pour gérer les changements sans effort.

La vie change, et personne n'y peut rien. Le passage d'une dimension à une autre peut être si brutal que certains se demandent s'ils sont encore dans cette vie ou s'ils ont été transportés dans une autre. Il nous arrive d'être confrontés à des situations imprévues et de nous sentir complètement dépassés. L'évolution de la société est un facteur majeur de ces changements, et il est impossible de les anticiper totalement. Dans ces moments-là, il est essentiel de recentrer notre attention pour analyser la situation et nous adapter à l'évolution des temps, plutôt que de réagir impulsivement. Si nous laissons la panique s'installer, nous risquons de suivre à contrecœur ceux qui ont su gérer ces changements inattendus. Rien n'est plus préoccupant et perturbateur que de voir les autres progresser alors que nous sommes complètement perdus.

Curieusement, ce qui distingue ceux qui progressent des autres, c'est leur capacité à gérer le changement et à évoluer, tandis que ces mêmes situations constituent un frein pour les autres. Savoir lâcher prise et se réorienter fait partie intégrante de la réussite. Il n'existe pas de règles absolues et immuables : elles peuvent être ajustées et adaptées lorsque nous poursuivons nos rêves. La seule chose que nous devons préserver jalousement, c'est l'essence même de notre vision. Nous ne devons jamais laisser quoi que ce soit détourner notre attention de notre objectif. Si nous perdons de vue le centre de la cible, notre visée sera compromise et nous n'atteindrons pas nos objectifs. C'est par orgueil mal placé que certains pensent pouvoir ignorer l'expérience de ceux qui les ont précédés. Mais surtout, il est essentiel de comprendre que la décision finale nous appartient. Si nous décidons de nous détourner de notre objectif pour suivre une personne que nous jugeons plus performante, nous n'aurons que nous-mêmes à blâmer.

The question is; “if it is that simple to come to this understanding, why do most people then find it that difficult to deal with?” The readers who follow me will find that making people get this understanding is a passion of mine. As an African, I see that this is one of the greatest challenge that we face; and understanding and appreciating who we are without reference to who we are made to believe that we are. When you come from an ancestry of broken psychic, an incorrect perception of yourself becomes shackles that limit you. You find yourself walking in shoes that were not meant for you and this will restrict how far and how well you can go. This is an area that a lot of people would rather just avoid and move on with life as they understand it. They rather choose to go with the flow than take the responsibility of making life changing decisions. 

As it concerns the knowledge of our true identity, it can look simple but usually, it looks like the simpler a phenomenon the more difficult it is to accept. In this case, when it has to do with something as complex as the human psyche, it can become really complicated. When anyone gets to this place, it means that they have put themselves in a position to be responsible for making decisions that can make their lives structured for success. Life gives us so many options these days and it is rather difficult to take on such a great responsibility. This is what causes many people to opt for the simpler life of patterning their lives after the kind of personality that they believe will be more acceptable. They then try to adapt and work from that space. 

The only way to be comfortable in who you are is to look at life through honest lenses. This way you will be in a position to make objective decisions. With technology and virtual living becoming more popular by the day, we now have many avenues to see

and even experience other people’s lives. Everyone needs to endeavour to spend time to discover who they really are before they get swamped by all the other alternatives that are being projected out there. Amazingly, many of us get to a point where we forget that we are all humans which means we all have our strengths and weaknesses. The truth of the matter is that once you can get over the fear of being honest with yourself, the rest will be a lot easier to handle. Life gives us all many opportunities to confront ourselves. It is usually from this kind of position that a person can face life knowing that they owe themselves alone the truth about what their

life is all about.

La question est la suivante : « Si parvenir à cette compréhension est si simple, pourquoi la plupart des gens ont-ils tant de mal à l'accepter ? » Mes lecteurs savent que transmettre cette compréhension est une véritable passion pour moi. En tant qu'Africain, je constate que c'est l'un des plus grands défis auxquels nous sommes confrontés : comprendre et apprécier qui nous sommes, indépendamment de l'image que l'on nous a inculquée. Lorsqu'on a des ancêtres marqués par des traumatismes psychiques, une perception erronée de soi-même devient un fardeau qui nous limite. On se retrouve à porter des chaussures qui ne nous correspondent pas, ce qui restreint notre potentiel. Beaucoup préfèrent ignorer ce sujet et continuer leur vie comme ils l'entendent. Ils préfèrent se laisser porter par le courant plutôt que d'assumer la responsabilité de prendre des décisions qui changeront leur vie.

Connaître notre véritable identité peut paraître simple, mais généralement, plus un phénomène est simple, plus il est difficile à accepter. Dans le cas présent, lorsqu'il s'agit d'un sujet aussi complexe que la psyché humaine, la situation peut devenir extrêmement compliquée. Quand on arrive à ce stade, cela signifie qu'on s'est mis en position d'assumer la responsabilité de prendre des décisions qui peuvent structurer sa vie vers le succès. La vie nous offre tellement d'options de nos jours, et il est plutôt difficile d'assumer une telle responsabilité. C'est ce qui pousse beaucoup de gens à opter pour une vie plus simple, en calquant leur existence sur le type de personnalité qu'ils estiment plus acceptable. Ils essaient ensuite de s'adapter et d'agir à partir de là.

La seule façon d'être bien dans sa peau est de regarder la vie avec honnêteté. Ainsi, on est en mesure de prendre des décisions objectives. Avec la technologie et la vie virtuelle qui gagnent en popularité chaque jour, nous avons maintenant de nombreuses possibilités de voir et même de vivre la vie des autres. Chacun doit s'efforcer de prendre le temps de découvrir qui il est vraiment avant d'être submergé par toutes les alternatives qui nous sont proposées. Étonnamment, beaucoup d'entre nous en arrivent à un point où nous oublions que nous sommes tous humains, ce qui signifie que nous avons tous nos forces et nos faiblesses. En réalité, une fois que vous aurez surmonté la peur d'être honnête avec vous-même, le reste sera beaucoup plus facile à gérer. La vie nous offre à tous de nombreuses occasions de nous confronter à nous-mêmes. C'est généralement à partir de cette position qu'une personne peut affronter la vie, sachant qu'elle se doit à elle-même la vérité sur le sens de sa 

vie.

It is difficult for many people to know their worth because, most times, their view is created and handed over to them by their first circles in life. The circle they are born into and the first one they grew up in outside the immediate family. Unfortunately, people often see you the way you see yourself, so image you have of yourself is significant. People find it difficult to see past how you see yourself when they interact with you. It is also apparent when you are faking it and can be disgusting. It is for this reason that it is important what you think and believe about yourself. We have to intentionally work on how we see ourselves irrespective of the image others have created for us. This is one of the most difficult thing for people to do because they are not conscious of the fact that their input is the most important one when it comes to understanding and appreciating one's self. 

People have made themselves believe lies about their identity because of their circumstances and environment. These are powerful factors that can affect anybody that allows them to. But they should not be allowed to have a stronghold on anyone who wants to make something significant out of their lives. These are factors that most people have no control over, but the way we choose to respond to their impact will determine how much they can affect the overall outcome of our lives. Many people have so magnified these challenges that their perspective to life has been totally obliterated by their dominance. You have to decide what to focus on if you want to succeed. It is either you choose to focus on your true identity irrespective of what life is throwing at you or you focus on the external factors and allow them to determine how far you can go. 

When we are able to settle the matter of our identity, we will be able to stand firm against anything that wants to make us see ourselves otherwise. Life throws a lot at us, mud and dirt can come from our circumstances and environment and overshadow our brilliance. These leave us in mental states that can make us believe that we have lost our real value or that it has been grossly diminished. All we actually need in such situations is to get up from under whatever is covering us and find ways of removing the debris in which we covered. These are just temporary challenges that can be overcome if we do not lose sight of who we are originally. Unfortunately, many people erroneously believe that their real value has been damaged and nothing can be done to restore it, so they settle for far less than they should get from life. Never allow a temporary tarnish to become permanent damage to your identity and how far you can go in life.

Il est difficile pour beaucoup de personnes de connaître leur propre valeur car, la plupart du temps, leur perception d'elles-mêmes est façonnée et transmise par leur premier entourage : le cercle familial et le premier groupe social dans lequel elles ont grandi, en dehors de leur famille proche. Malheureusement, les autres nous perçoivent souvent à travers le prisme de notre propre perception, ce qui rend l'image que nous avons de nous-mêmes très importante. Il est difficile pour les autres de voir au-delà de cette perception lorsqu'ils interagissent avec nous. Il est également évident, et cela peut être déplaisant, que nous simulons une certaine authenticité. C'est pourquoi il est essentiel de bien se connaître et de réfléchir à ce que l'on pense et croit de soi-même. Nous devons travailler consciemment sur l'image que nous avons de nous-mêmes, indépendamment de celle que les autres ont créée. C'est l'une des choses les plus difficiles à faire, car on n'est pas toujours conscient que notre propre perception est primordiale pour se comprendre et s'apprécier.

Certaines personnes se persuadent de mensonges sur leur identité à cause de leur environnement et de leurs circonstances. Ce sont des facteurs puissants qui peuvent affecter quiconque se laisse influencer. Mais ils ne devraient pas avoir le pouvoir d'empêcher quiconque de donner un sens à sa vie. Ce sont des facteurs sur lesquels la plupart des gens n'ont aucun contrôle, mais la manière dont nous choisissons de réagir à leur impact déterminera leur influence sur le cours de notre vie. Nombreux sont ceux qui accordent une telle importance à ces difficultés que leur vision de la vie en est complètement obscurcie. Pour réussir, il est essentiel de choisir sur quoi se concentrer. Soit on choisit de se concentrer sur sa véritable identité, quelles que soient les épreuves de la vie, soit on se focalise sur les facteurs extérieurs et on les laisse dicter nos limites.

Lorsque nous aurons résolu la question de notre identité, nous pourrons résister fermement à tout ce qui tentera de nous faire changer d'avis. La vie nous réserve bien des épreuves ; les circonstances et notre environnement peuvent nous nuire et obscurcir notre éclat. Ces épreuves peuvent nous plonger dans des états d'esprit où nous pouvons croire avoir perdu notre véritable valeur ou que celle-ci a été considérablement diminuée. Dans de telles situations, il nous suffit de nous relever et de trouver les moyens de nous débarrasser des débris qui nous recouvrent. Ce ne sont que des difficultés passagères que nous pouvons surmonter si nous restons fidèles à nous-mêmes. Malheureusement, beaucoup croient à tort que leur véritable valeur a été altérée et qu'il est impossible de la restaurer. Ils se contentent donc de bien moins que ce que la vie leur réserve. Ne laissez jamais une imperfection passagère ternir votre identité et compromettre votre potentiel.

Dreams can be beautiful and inspiring. But they are just dreams. Many people are so excited when they have dreams that they feel will help them live significant and successful lives. They spend time to think about the dream. They talk about it to whoever cares to listen to them. They have imaginary plans that they regularly go through in their minds. These plans change as they go through other experiences in life. They change as these people observe what others are doing. Unfortunately, many people do not get past this stage. They go as far seeking opinions from those who have started execution or who have executed their own dreams. But they do nothing apart from gathering evidence for why they cannot start or excuses to delay execution. 

What then happens is that the same idea that they have nursed through their thoughts will end up being destroyed by that same process. Over extended periods of incubation can result in the death of an idea. You cannot continue in dreamland if you want to give life to your dream. Many dreams have been aborted because people were too scared to wake up and do something about them. Those dreams that have become realities that are making huge contributions to mankind today were once foggy ideas. People who spent time to get clarity and step out to take actions are the only ones whose ideas have benefited themselves and others. You can belong to that group if you choose to wake up and do something with that idea before it fades into oblivion. 

It is important to incubate and consult, but it is more important to execute. You do not have to have all your ducks in a row to start. Always try to take any steps that are possible to you at any given time. The more you stay without taking any steps towards the execution, the more excuses you will find to make it difficult for you to start. These mostly insignificant excuses will end up strangulating the idea. To move, you have to be bold enough to take whatever risks there may be. Failing is a part of the journey and a lot of knowledge can come from those learning curves. What you are afraid of will, most times, turn out to be the thing that will propel you forward. Step out and take it one step at a time. After a while, you will look back and be surprised at how far you have come on shaky steps.

Les rêves peuvent être beaux et inspirants. Mais ce ne sont que des rêves. Nombreux sont ceux qui s'enthousiasment à l'idée de rêves qui, selon eux, les aideront à mener une vie riche de sens et de réussite. Ils consacrent du temps à réfléchir à ces rêves, à en parler à qui veut bien les écouter, et à élaborer des plans imaginaires qu'ils repassent régulièrement en revue. Ces plans évoluent au fil de leurs expériences de vie et de leurs observations sur les actions d'autrui. Malheureusement, beaucoup n'atteignent pas le stade de la réalisation concrète de leurs rêves. Ils vont jusqu'à solliciter l'avis de ceux qui ont déjà concrétisé leurs rêves, sans pour autant passer à l'action. Ils ne font rien d'autre que rassembler des arguments justifiant leur inaction ou des excuses pour repousser l'échéance.

Le résultat est que cette même idée, nourrie avec soin, finit par être anéantie par ce processus. Une incubation prolongée peut entraîner la mort d'une idée. On ne peut pas rester prisonnier de ses rêves si l'on veut leur donner vie. Nombreux sont les rêves qui ont été abandonnés par peur de se réveiller et d'agir. Ces rêves devenus réalités, qui contribuent aujourd'hui grandement à l'humanité, n'étaient autrefois que des idées floues. Seuls ceux qui ont pris le temps de clarifier leurs idées et de passer à l'action ont vu leurs propres idées profiter à autrui. Vous pouvez faire partie de ce groupe si vous décidez de vous réveiller et de concrétiser votre idée avant qu'elle ne tombe dans l'oubli.

Il est important de laisser mûrir l'idée et de consulter, mais il est encore plus important de la mettre en œuvre. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir tout préparé au mieux pour commencer. Essayez toujours d'avancer autant que possible, à chaque instant. Plus vous tardez à agir, plus vous trouverez d'excuses pour vous empêcher de vous lancer. Ces excuses, souvent insignifiantes, finiront par étouffer votre idée. Pour avancer, il faut oser prendre les risques. L'échec fait partie du chemin et on tire de précieux enseignements de ses erreurs. Ce qui vous fait peur se révélera souvent être ce qui vous propulsera vers l'avant. Lancez-vous, un pas après l'autre. Avec le temps, vous regarderez en arrière et serez surpris du chemin parcouru, malgré les difficultés.

THE PROBLEM... EASY, BUT THE SOLUTION... - LE PROBLÈME... SIMPLE, MAIS LA SOLUTION...

Nearly everyone has the ability to identify a problem, especially in the public space where we are all aware of what is going on. There are problems that are obvious and there are those that are less so, so it takes a bit more knowledge to decipher what is actually wrong. Whichever way we look at it, problems are pretty obvious to anyone who cares to find them. What is not obvious is the root cause of the problem. This is where various opinions are plentiful. Unfortunately, most people that talk about these problems have never really taken time to study the root causes so they come up with bogus ideas and say things that make matters worse. 

Most times, those who want to be a part of the solution are not talkative and loud. They spend time trying to understand what is going on so that they can proffer solutions in areas where they are knowledgeable and talented. These people are very few in any given society. Their voices are usually not heard until they come up with a solution that get people talking and get them talking as well. It is tiring to hear people, like drops of rain on the roof, analysing the problem ceaselessly without any reference to a solution. These groups of people are good at pointing fingers at those who should do something about the situation. It is amazing that they never put themselves in the equation. 

It is good to spend time in analysing problems because that is how we get to the root cause if we are intentional about what we are doing. And this intention comes from a place of wanting to be a part of the solution. But when we spend that time just to prove that we are knowledgeable without any productive intentions, we become a part of that problem. In this case, it is not the solution that is important to such people, it is looking for ways of extricating ourselves from the situation

They do that while riding the high horse of apportioning blame. It is good to understand that there are people responsible for the solution, but it is better to see how you can also be one of those who come up with ways of solving it.

 There are ways of solving a problem by constructively giving suggestions at the end of your analysis. Nobody is saying that you should force yourself into a space where you are not assigned. Even if you are not in that space physically, be there mentally because you never know when a door opens for you to become a part of the solution.

Presque tout le monde est capable d'identifier un problème, surtout dans l'espace public où nous sommes tous conscients de ce qui se passe. Certains problèmes sont évidents, d'autres moins, et il faut parfois plus de connaissances pour décrypter ce qui ne va pas. Quoi qu'il en soit, les problèmes sont assez clairs pour quiconque prend la peine de les chercher. Ce qui l'est moins, c'est la cause profonde du problème. C'est là que les opinions divergent. Malheureusement, la plupart des personnes qui parlent de ces problèmes n'ont jamais pris le temps d'en étudier les causes profondes ; elles avancent donc des idées farfelues et tiennent des propos qui aggravent la situation.

Le plus souvent, ceux qui souhaitent contribuer à la solution sont discrets. Ils prennent le temps de comprendre ce qui se passe afin de pouvoir proposer des solutions dans leurs domaines de compétence. Ces personnes sont rares dans toute société. Leur voix n'est généralement entendue que lorsqu'elles proposent une solution qui suscite le débat et les encourage à s'exprimer. Il est lassant d'entendre des gens, tels des gouttes de pluie sur un toit, analyser sans cesse le problème sans jamais envisager de solution. Ces personnes excellent à pointer du doigt ceux qui devraient agir. Il est étonnant qu'elles ne se remettent jamais en question.

Il est bon de consacrer du temps à l'analyse des problèmes, car c'est ainsi que l'on remonte à la source du problème, à condition d'agir avec intention. Et cette intention découle du désir de contribuer à la solution. Mais lorsque nous consacrons ce temps simplement pour prouver notre savoir, sans aucune intention constructive, nous devenons nous-mêmes partie intégrante du problème. Dans ce cas, ce n'est pas la solution qui importe à ces personnes, mais le fait de se dédouaner.

Elles agissent ainsi en se donnant des airs de supériorité, en rejetant la faute sur les autres. Il est important de comprendre que certaines personnes sont responsables de la solution, mais il est encore mieux de chercher soi-même à y contribuer.

 Il existe des manières de résoudre un problème en formulant des suggestions constructives à la fin de votre analyse. Personne ne vous demande de vous imposer dans un domaine qui n'est pas le vôtre. Même si vous n'y êtes pas physiquement présent, soyez-y mentalement, car on ne sait jamais quand une opportunité de contribuer à la solution se présentera.

These days, we hear a lot of talk on how to be a part of the solution. People wanting to make a difference in society. In fact, at times, this seems so cliché. It is like something that puts us in a certain category in society. If we had 2% of those talking about this issue actually making it something that they are honestly pursuing, we will see the effects everywhere we turn. Unfortunately, many people in this space are actually transactional; if I give society this, I will gain that in return. They are not actually concerned about becoming a solution to make the society a better place, they are just looking for a seemingly compassionate path to fame and fortune. Their desire to make a difference is not born out of a passion for change and development, but from a desire to achieve their goals without looking like regular business people. 

Commercialisation of life has grossly affected the way people approach their goals and pursuit. Almost everything is wrapped in personal gain and we can all see how that is affecting people's desire to make a difference. Life is now mostly measured in commercial value and people are more interested in what they can make for themselves than how much impact they can make. It will be foolish to think that money is not important, but what difference that money can make should be more important than just its acquisition and a luxury lifestyle. What if we chose to make money without making money the major focus? This is hard to imagine especially if you come from societies where all is dependent on how to survive in life. But, even in such societies, people who want to make a difference will still be excited to do something that will push them and other people from the baseline. There is something about being a part of the solution that makes life more interesting. 

When people are passionate about making a difference by seeking solutions, it does not mean that they are averse to fame and fortune. It just means that that is not their primary intention or interest. The person who invented the telephone was just trying to solve a communication problem, but it has ended up making a lot of people famous and prosperous. Many inventions have done the same. Many of the inventors ended up finding themselves in a bracket of society that they never imagined. Becoming a part of the solution should be an exciting adventure to the person who is passionate about what contribution they can make. This is the reason why they refuse to quit until they arrive at their desired destination. On the other hand, for people whose major concern is to have fame and fortune, it is easy to quit and shift from one pursuit to another. What is your real intention?

De nos jours, on entend beaucoup parler de la nécessité de contribuer à la solution. On entend parler de personnes qui veulent changer la société. En réalité, cela paraît parfois tellement cliché. C'est comme si cela nous cantonnait à une certaine catégorie sociale. Si seulement 2 % de ceux qui parlent de ce sujet s'y engageaient réellement, nous en verrions les effets partout. Malheureusement, beaucoup de personnes dans ce domaine sont en réalité motivées par l'intérêt personnel : « Si je donne ceci à la société, j'en tirerai cela en retour. » Elles ne cherchent pas réellement à améliorer la société, elles recherchent simplement une voie en apparence bienveillante vers la gloire et la fortune. Leur désir de changer les choses ne naît pas d'une véritable passion pour le changement et le développement, mais d'une volonté d'atteindre leurs objectifs sans passer pour de simples hommes d'affaires.

La commercialisation de la vie a profondément influencé la manière dont les gens abordent leurs objectifs et leurs aspirations. Presque tout est lié au profit personnel et nous constatons tous comment cela affecte le désir de changer les choses. Aujourd'hui, la vie se mesure surtout à sa valeur marchande et l'on s'intéresse davantage à ses propres gains qu'à l'impact que l'on peut avoir. Il serait naïf de penser que l'argent n'a pas d'importance, mais la différence qu'il peut apporter devrait primer sur sa simple acquisition et un train de vie luxueux. Et si l'on choisissait de gagner de l'argent sans en faire l'objectif principal ? Difficile à concevoir, surtout pour ceux qui viennent de sociétés où la survie est primordiale. Pourtant, même dans ces sociétés, ceux qui aspirent à un changement positif seront toujours motivés par l'idée de contribuer à un progrès, pour eux-mêmes comme pour les autres. Participer à la solution donne du sens à la vie.

Être passionné par la recherche de solutions et l'envie d'agir ne signifie pas être réfractaire à la gloire et à la fortune. Cela signifie simplement que ce n'est pas là son intention première. L'inventeur du téléphone cherchait simplement à résoudre un problème de communication, mais son invention a finalement rendu de nombreuses personnes célèbres et prospères. Nombre d'inventions ont connu le même sort. Nombre d'inventeurs se sont retrouvés dans une catégorie sociale qu'ils n'auraient jamais imaginée. Contribuer à la solution devrait être une aventure passionnante pour quiconque est animé par la volonté d'apporter sa pierre à l'édifice. C'est pourquoi ils persévèrent jusqu'à atteindre leur objectif. En revanche, pour ceux dont la principale préoccupation est la gloire et la fortune, il est facile d'abandonner et de passer d'une activité à une autre. Quel est votre véritable but ?

We tend to live life by going in circles and it can be tiring. It is easy to lose steam when you live in repeated activities. Schooling, working, leisure can be boring because of the nature of the same types of activities that are done for the most part during these seasons. We need to spice up our lives so that we are able to create different activities that help us change our cycle or move to the next one. Granted that the unexpected often disrupts our lives, but life always has moments where we need to bring our own planned disruptions to move things forward and make them more challenging and interesting. We need something or someone to push us at times. We often need motivation and inspiration to help us take steps that we might otherwise feel reluctant to take. This is what has given birth to the whole concept of motivation. 

These days, 'motivation' is a buzzword. What happens with such words is that they seem to lose their real value as time goes on. Motivational speakers have become a dime a dozen and people now even make mockery of the whole concept. However, there can be no counterfeits of something that does not have actual value. Motivation is an integral part of a successful life and we must never miss that point. However, we have to be careful how we handle issues of motivation. These are just props they are not the main knowledge that we need to do the main work. Everyone needs props in a world laden with obstacles and push backs, but it is the motivation that you generate yourself that will be your best prop. 

You should understand yourself better than anyone else but most of us do not. The reason being that we are scared of sitting down with ourselves and looking at ourselves in all honesty. We have have been sold the fact that we need external interventions to understand ourselves. That is not a problem in itself, but we have to understand that, it will be better if we can honestly face ourselves and tell ourselves the truth. It is easier to pass blame, so it is also easier to get external help, that way you can vindicate yourself. Anyhow, whatever leads you to face yourself and become honest with yourself, is welcome. At the end of the day, it is what you decide to do with yourself that will help you attain the heights that you desire. In this space, it will be your ability to motivate yourself either through personal understanding or working with what someone else has helped you to understand, that will make the lasting impact on you. Until you get to the point where you can honestly talk sense to yourself, you will still be limited in how far you can go in the pursuit of your dream.

Nous avons tendance à vivre en rond, et cela peut être épuisant. Il est facile de se lasser lorsqu'on enchaîne les mêmes activités. L'école, le travail, les loisirs peuvent devenir monotones, car on se retrouve souvent à faire les mêmes choses. Il est nécessaire de pimenter notre vie pour créer des activités variées qui nous permettent de rompre la monotonie et de passer à l'étape suivante. Certes, l'imprévu perturbe souvent nos vies, mais il y a aussi des moments où nous devons provoquer des changements, même planifiés, pour avancer et rendre les choses plus stimulantes et intéressantes. Parfois, nous avons besoin d'un déclic. Souvent, la motivation et l'inspiration nous poussent à franchir des étapes que nous hésiterions à entreprendre. C'est ainsi qu'est né le concept de motivation.

Aujourd'hui, la « motivation » est un mot à la mode. Ce genre de mots a tendance à perdre de leur sens avec le temps. Les conférenciers en motivation pullulent et certains en viennent même à tourner le concept en ridicule. Cependant, on ne peut contrefaire ce qui n'a pas de valeur réelle. La motivation est essentielle à une vie réussie et nous ne devons jamais l'oublier. Il faut toutefois aborder les questions de motivation avec précaution. Ce ne sont que des aides, pas le savoir fondamental nécessaire à l'accomplissement du travail principal. Dans un monde semé d'obstacles et de revers, chacun a besoin d'aides, mais c'est la motivation que vous générez vous-même qui sera votre meilleur atout.

Vous devriez vous connaître mieux que quiconque, mais la plupart d'entre nous n'y parviennent pas. La raison ? Nous avons peur de nous asseoir avec nous-mêmes et de nous regarder en toute honnêteté. On nous a fait croire que nous avions besoin d'interventions extérieures pour nous comprendre. Ce n'est pas un problème en soi, mais il faut comprendre qu'il est préférable de se regarder en face et de se dire la vérité. Il est plus facile de rejeter la faute sur autrui, il est donc plus facile d'obtenir de l'aide extérieure pour se justifier. Quoi qu'il en soit, tout ce qui vous amène à vous regarder en face et à être honnête avec vous-même est le bienvenu. En fin de compte, ce sont vos choix personnels qui vous permettront d'atteindre les sommets que vous convoitez. Dans ce contexte, votre capacité à vous motiver, que ce soit par une compréhension personnelle ou en vous appuyant sur les enseignements d'autrui, aura un impact durable. Tant que vous n'aurez pas atteint ce stade où vous êtes capable de vous parler avec lucidité, votre progression vers votre rêve restera limitée.

Everyone has a role to play to make life livable for everyone. If we all understood our part and played it well, life will be appreciated and enjoyed by all. Unfortunately, this is a utopic expectation. We all want to outclass and outlast others. We look for ways to get ahead at the expense of others and when we do, we put structures in place to prevent others from arriving at our height. Many people just want others to get the crumbs that fall from their tables. Sadly, this is a very common and widespread practice across societies. The 'powerful' write the scripts and decide who gets a role in the movie of life. Roles are few and actors are many because most people have been made to believe that life has only a few script writers. This lie has been sold and bought by many people. Therefore, they never know that they too are script writers that can go on their own or collaborate with other people. They wait for opportunities that never come because of the number of people who are waiting to be selected. 

Stop waiting for a world that is waiting for you. Many of us are waiting for something that is not meant to give us the success we are aiming for. It is important to work for or with other people, but ultimately, it is what you achieve with your life that matters most to you as a person. That is not being egotistic, you are most altruistic when you are in a position to give your best in any given situation. Being your best is to your advantage as well as to the advantage of anyone you come in contact with. You can only make your best contributions when you are in a situation that permits you to maximise who you are. Anytime you feel stifled by your interactions, pull away and find something that gives you the liberty to produce your best. You are not tied to anyone's umbilical cord. Success will come when you have room to fully express yourself. 

Unless you decide to find ways to express yourself, you never will. People who have found their way normally make it into something that is beyond the reach of other people. These strong voices make it look like the world revolves around them. Everyone has a story to tell, but very few people understand this and are ready to tread this path. We all have the potential to write our own stories but it requires knowledge, commitment, resilience and excellence. Only people who are ready to pay the price will have that freedom to optimally express themselves. You do not have to go solo, there are always opportunities to collaborate and if we find those, we can also fully express ourselves. The starting point is understanding and accepting this principle. Once you can do that, you will be able to write that script (when the need arises) that will make room for you to make your own contributions to the human story.

Chacun a un rôle à jouer pour rendre la vie vivable pour tous. Si nous comprenions tous notre rôle et l'assumions pleinement, la vie serait appréciée de tous. Malheureusement, c'est une utopie. Nous voulons tous surpasser et survivre aux autres. Nous cherchons des moyens de progresser au détriment d'autrui et, ce faisant, nous mettons en place des structures pour empêcher les autres d'atteindre notre niveau. Beaucoup se contentent des miettes laissées par les autres. Malheureusement, cette pratique est très courante et répandue dans toutes les sociétés. Les 'puissants' écrivent le scénario et décident qui aura un rôle dans le film de la vie. Les rôles sont rares et les acteurs nombreux, car on a fait croire à la plupart des gens que la vie n'a que quelques scénaristes. Ce mensonge a été vendu et cru par beaucoup. Par conséquent, ils ignorent qu'eux aussi sont des scénaristes, capables d'agir seuls ou de collaborer. Ils attendent des opportunités qui ne se présentent jamais, car il y a tellement de personnes qui attendent d'être sélectionnées.

Cessez d'attendre un monde qui vous attend. Nombreux sont ceux qui attendent quelque chose qui ne leur apportera pas le succès escompté. Travailler pour ou avec d'autres est important, mais en fin de compte, ce qui compte le plus pour vous, c'est ce que vous accomplissez dans votre vie. Loin d'être égocentrique, c'est faire preuve d'altruisme en donnant le meilleur de soi-même en toutes circonstances. Donner le meilleur de soi-même est bénéfique, tant pour soi que pour tous ceux que l'on côtoie. On ne peut apporter sa contribution optimale que dans un environnement qui permet d'exploiter pleinement son potentiel. Si vous vous sentez étouffé par vos interactions, prenez du recul et trouvez un cadre qui vous offre la liberté de vous exprimer pleinement. Vous n'êtes dépendant de personne. Le succès viendra lorsque vous aurez l'espace nécessaire pour vous exprimer pleinement.

À moins de chercher à vous exprimer, vous n'y parviendrez jamais. Ceux qui ont trouvé leur voie atteignent généralement un niveau d'excellence inaccessible aux autres. Ces voix fortes donnent l'impression que le monde tourne autour d'elles. Chacun a une histoire à raconter, mais rares sont ceux qui le comprennent et sont prêts à s'y engager. Nous avons tous le potentiel d'écrire notre propre histoire, mais cela exige des connaissances, de l'engagement, de la résilience et de l'excellence. Seuls ceux qui sont prêts à en payer le prix auront la liberté de s'exprimer pleinement. Nul besoin d'être seul : les occasions de collaborer existent et, si nous les saisissons, nous pouvons aussi nous exprimer pleinement. Le point de départ est de comprendre et d'accepter ce principe. Une fois cela acquis, vous serez capable d'écrire ce scénario (le cas échéant) qui vous permettra d'apporter votre contribution à l'histoire de l'humanité.
