ARE YOU ALLOWING UNFOUNDED FEARS STOP YOU? - LAISSEZ-VOUS DES PEURS INFONDÉES VOUS ARRÊTER ?

The power of information sharing has made life so interrelated. This has made most people so impulsive that all many are doing is working to be seen or heard, even if what they have to offer has no lasting value because it comes from a very shallow depth. Things that should provoke us to think and see how we can add value to our environment the way others have done to theirs, are having the reverse effects. What should inspire us is making us mentally redundant. We would rather just go with what others have initiated and invented rather than take the pain of going through that process ourselves. Some have even come to the conclusion that they have inferior brains.

 Consequently, they do not see any need to waste any time trying to mentally process things since they will never come up with any conclusions and solutions that will make any difference. What we fail to realise is that our contributions to life do not necessarily have to make a difference to the whole world. However, being able to put a system you understand in place gives you a satisfaction that copying from others will never give you. It is this kind of mindset that causes people to excel as they constantly try to understand how things work around them. When we do not develop our inquisitive side (because everyone has it) we are unable to have creative thoughts. This is the reason why fear can easily stop people in their tracks and they get to a point where they are constantly depending on others. 

This category of people believe that they do not have the inquisitive and scientific ability that other people have to start a process from scratch. They will not even bother to create

something they want even if it is just a prototype. Consequently, many have been stopped from accomplishing their dreams by unfounded fears, all they needed to do was step out and try until they could figure out something. The point is when you fail, it means that you tried, so rather than give up, try other ways and this time at least you would have eliminated one way not to do it. Inventors fail more than they succeed. The problem is that even when they try to narrate their failures and what these situations have taught them, people are only interested in the final success they had. A story without the process does not do us any good if we actually want to proceed on our own journey and succeed.

Le partage d'informations a rendu la vie tellement interconnectée. Cette interdépendance a engendré une impulsivité telle que beaucoup cherchent avant tout à se faire remarquer, même si leurs contributions sont superficielles et sans valeur durable. Ce qui devrait nous inciter à réfléchir et à enrichir notre environnement, à l'instar d'autres, produit l'effet inverse. Au lieu de nous inspirer, nous nous abrutissons intellectuellement. Nous préférons suivre les initiatives et inventions d'autrui plutôt que de nous donner la peine de faire nos propres recherches. Certains en viennent même à croire qu'ils ont un cerveau inférieur.

Par conséquent, ils ne voient aucun intérêt à perdre du temps à réfléchir, persuadés de ne jamais trouver de solutions pertinentes. Nous oublions que nos contributions n'ont pas forcément à changer le monde entier. Cependant, la mise en place d'un système que l'on comprend procure une satisfaction incomparable. C'est ce type d'état d'esprit qui permet aux gens d'exceller, car ils cherchent constamment à comprendre le fonctionnement des choses qui les entourent. Si nous ne développons pas notre curiosité (car nous en possédons tous une), nous sommes incapables de faire preuve de créativité. C'est pourquoi la peur peut facilement paralyser les gens et les amener à dépendre constamment des autres.

Ces personnes pensent ne pas posséder la curiosité et les aptitudes scientifiques nécessaires pour entreprendre un projet à partir de zéro. Elles ne prennent même pas la peine de créer ce qu'elles désirent, ne serait-ce qu'un prototype. Par conséquent, beaucoup ont été empêchés de réaliser leurs rêves par des peurs infondées. Il leur suffisait de se lancer et d'essayer jusqu'à trouver une solution. L'important, c'est que lorsqu'on échoue, on a essayé. Alors, plutôt que d'abandonner, il faut explorer d'autres pistes. Au moins, cette fois-ci, on aura éliminé une écueil. Les inventeurs échouent plus souvent qu'ils ne réussissent. Le problème, c'est que même lorsqu'ils tentent de raconter leurs échecs et les leçons qu'ils en ont tirées, les gens ne s'intéressent qu'à leur succès final. Un récit sans description du processus ne nous est d'aucune utilité si nous voulons réellement progresser et réussir.
