</div>"The ruin of a nation begins in the homes of its people". - African proverb </i></b><div><br></div><div>Most of us usually think in blocks instead of in pieces. We see the house and not the various elements that make up the house. We see the food and not the individual ingredients that were put together to make the dish. A lot of times, we only think about the elements when the occasion demands that we do. </div><div><br></div><div>There is this soup that I make which is a delicacy in my region. I usually make it when family members who do not live in our region come to visit. They all expect to have that dish when they come to my house and even when I travel to visit. I therefore try to carry the essential ingredients with me when I travel. Recently, on one of such occasions, I forgot to add one of the ingredients and decided to do so the next day. It turned out to be a mistake because the soup turned sour. </div><div><br></div><div>It is an ingredient that normally adds to the taste, texture and nutritional value of the soup but because it was not properly done, it became its undoing. When we look at challenges from the point of view of the whole, it is difficult to understand the situation and profer solutions. It will be like cutting of the branches and expecting the tree to die. </div><div><br></div><div>When the solution does not address the root cause, it might seem to work for a moment but because the roots are still alive, it will rear its ugly head again. Unfortunately, it now has the opportunity to mutate and come from different angles. People are running around like headless chickens wasting time and energy trying to solve problems that they have not properly dissected. </div><div><br></div><div>When the various elements that make up the whole are not treated as individual components, the solutions may not affect the real important elements of the problem. The basic principles of any challenge have to be understood. Making an effort to properly understand what it takes to achieve a goal is not time wasting as many think it is. </div><div><br></div><div>The time you are trying to save by not giving serious attention to all the fundamental elements of a situation, you will end up spending (and even more) somewhere down the road of your journey. We might be in an insta generation but michellin star restaurants are still taking their time to prepare gourmet meals. </div><div><br></div><div>At the end of the day, it is better to understand the nitty-gritty of the vision before you start to avoid the risk of immense loss of time, energy, blood, sweat and tears. Man has been busy trying to fix society without spending as much resources trying to fix the family unit (the most important component) and the results are there for all to see. </div><div><br></div><div>When things are not going as they should, it is not always a time to put in more resources or change strategies. It might just be time to examine all the components individually and make sure that they are all working as they should. When you fix the components, it will be easy to fix their work together. </div><div><br></div><div>Do have a great day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"A spider’s cobweb isn’t only its sleeping spring but also its food trap." — African proverb</i></b><div><br></div><div>Laser focus is something that is highly recommended for success. I have been asked a number of times what to do when one is multi-talented. A lot of people who have several talents find it difficult to choose which to give the most attention.</div><div><br></div><div>It is always difficult to get such people to focus on one thing at the detriment of another. I know a lady who had her first degree in English and later went on to become a medical doctor. Another one was called to the bar but later decided to become a medical doctor. Cases abound of such switches. It is just that these two stand out to me because they are like swinging from one end of the pendulum to another.</div><div><br></div><div>We can have multiple talents but most times, our passion is more for one thing than it is for another. In such cases, people in this space will combine their talents to pursue a purpose that is dear to their heart. They will weave a net with their talents that can help them achieve hold their purpose and help them carry it out in a robust manner.</div><div><br></div><div>No one should be limited or confused because they are multi-talented. The way to go about it is so be able to identify the contributions we want to make and what we are most passionate about, then deploy ourselves to accomplish it with all that we have at our disposal. Nothing stops us from having different areas in which we can achieve our desired vision.</div><div><br></div><div>When we understand what is at stake, we will find ways of pursing our goal without any internal conflicts of interest. At the end of the day, a careful management of our talents will result in outcomes that will be beyond our expectations. It should be an added advantage if we understand the working together of different talents.</div><div><br></div><div>Once the goal is clear, the process becomes clearer. With each step and each stage, the amalgamation of the different workings will begin to yeild powerful results. People who have succeeded in making everything work together are those who have a strong passion and a very clear understanding of their vision. To such everything is viewed from the position of the ultimate goal. That is what drives true success. </div><div><br></div><div>Do have a good week! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>“Wisdom is not like money to be tied up and hidden.”-African proverb </i></b><div><br></div><div>It is always amusing to see people who believe that everyone coming behind them must 'suffer' what they have 'suffered' to get achieve what they have achieved. Such people keep knowledge to themselves and are quite miserly when it comes to parting with information at their disposal. That is not wisdom. </div><div><br></div><div>Information is meant to be shared to make the journey easier for those who are coming behind. That is wisdom. That is not to say that we give out information to those who do not know the value because we are not supposed to 'give pearls to pigs'. However, when we come across those who are hardworking and purposeful and we have information at our disposal that can help them, we should try to be generous. This is wisdom. </div><div><br></div><div>What we forget is the fact that the more information we release, the more we are encouraged to improve ourselves. The ripple effect of the your help has on the recipients that you interact with, increases your thirst for knowledge. The quest of others for you to help them along their journey should be a thing of joy. </div><div><br></div><div>Unfortunately, many people think that those who they help will become better than them. That is not wisdom. It is the spirit of unhealthy competition that keeps those kind of people from making as much progress as they should. Exchange of information is necessary for growth and you never know what you will get from someone you have helped. </div><div><br></div><div>No man is an island and no one has all the wisdom that they need in one space. Hoarding information will cut you off from the flow of things. For some, it is all about money. They only part with information if the transaction involves monetary gain. People who are always willing to share knowledge are also in a better position to receive the same without much ado. </div><div><br></div><div>Wisdom is the ability to appropriately apply knowledge. The more you share and help others to succeed in their journey, the wiser you get from the stream of additional information you will get from the journeys of those with whom you are constantly interacting. </div><div><br></div><div>Do not just be interested in accumulating information and experience. Rather, use whatever you have to help others as the pursue their own purposes and those interactions will enrich your reservoir of wisdom. You spend money to make money, so it is with sharing wisdom. Money tied up and hidden might be there for the rainy day but it will not appreciate in value. </div><div><br></div><div>Wisdom is an asset that increases in value as it is used in various situations. The more wisdom is tried and tested, the more robust it becomes and the more the influence it will have in people's lives. For those who want to make a difference, be generous with the wisdom that life has helped you to gather. If left unshared, it will become stale and irrelevant. </div><div><br></div><div>Do have a wonderful day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"When a needle falls into a deep well, many people will look into the well, but few will be ready to go down after it." - African proverb</i></b><div><br></div><div>Challenges seem to be becoming monstrous these days but nothing is new. Every generation has had to deal with these same challenges but in varying degrees and facets. At the point each generation was dealing with their own challenges, they saw them as humongous.</div><div><br></div><div>Comparatively, because life evolves and challenges mutate, people believe that they have more to deal with than did previous generations. While that maybe true to some degree, it all always boils down to looking for solutions to problems that can make human existence better.</div><div><br></div><div>What is a constant in the equation is the attitude of people. We all like to air our opinion about what is wrong but only a few a willing to make the sacrifice it takes for bring about the needed solutions. Everyone can talk about the problem and every aspect of the problem will be carefully looked at and understood, but a very small percentage of people go on to seek solutions.</div><div><br></div><div>It is a daunting task to bring yourself to a point where you go past the analysis and actually decide to do something about the situation. We are not talking about textbook, theoretical stuff, we are talking about actually taking whatever steps we can to find solutions to the situations facing us as a society.</div><div><br></div><div>Anyone who focuses only on the enormity of the challenges can never bring themselves to do something about the situation. The only way to step forward and take action is to frame your focus. This way you concentrate on what you have the ability to do in a specific way and at a specific time. Even government and large corporations can do only so much.</div><div><br></div><div>Effecting change and bringing about solutions and sustainable development is a combination of contributions. To be able to do your part, you have to understand that that is all you can do and be satisfied with giving it your best. Many people have given up without trying because they believe that their contributions are insignificant compared to the enormity of the challenges.</div><div><br></div><div>When you sit back discouraged and incapacitated by your perspective, you leave a vacuum that you alone can feel and you deprive the world of your contributions. There is no insignificant contribution. Even something as small as keeping your environment clean in a dirty neighbourhood is being a part of the solution.</div><div><br></div><div>The important thing is to have the mindset of becoming a part of the solution. This way when the opportunity opens up for you to make 'significant' contributions, you will be prepared to play your part. Do have a beautiful day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>“No matter how big a child is, he cannot deny that he was once carried on the back of a woman.”-African proverb </i></b><div><br></div><div>The human memory, we all know, is quite short. We tend to forget easily and oftentimes, what we forget has unpleasant consequences on our future. Experiences that we should store away so that we can recall for future purposes, are quickly forgotten. </div><div><br></div><div>People make the same mistakes repeatedly to the detriment of their progress in life and we wonder why. We all agree that we do not need to dwell in the past but that does not mean that the past has no use. In fact, the past is the most reliable library that we need to make reference to in order to better deal with the present as well as understanding the future. </div><div><br></div><div>When we neglect the lessons of the past, we will repeatedly go through certain experiences until the lesson is learned. When confronted with important decisions in the present, the most reliable place to draw from will be our archives. Even when we have the best counsel, it is always good to reference the past in order to understand some important things in the present. </div><div><br></div><div>No matter how successful we become, we still need the help of certain experiences to keep us grounded and to enable us make some critical decisions. Some people are so ashamed of their past that they want nothing to do with it. They forget that that past they are ashamed of forms an integral part of who they are and who they are becoming. </div><div><br></div><div>The road we walk is dotted with signposts of events that have constituted the very elements that have been used as building blocks for where we are and where we are going. Most times, the ones that we think of as insignificant actually become the nuts and bolts that are needed to hold our success in life together. </div><div><br></div><div>We must never undermine the importance of people and events that once had an impact in our lives just because their roles ended in certain seasons. Gratitude for the contributions in our journey is what helps us to understand what to do with whatever influence we now have at our disposal. </div><div><br></div><div>People who pride themselves as self-made do have a problem of gratitude and they do not make good team members or partners. When you understand that whatever success you have accomplished was a product of other contributions (some which you might see as insignificant), it becomes easier for you to be a part of other people's success story. </div><div><br></div><div>The moment you realise that the past and it's contributions are paramount to your success, you are more likely to appreciate and enjoy your results. When you see the broad spectrum of what and who made you the success that you are or are becoming, living a life of impact becomes a joy. </div><div><br></div><div>Never forget the ingredients that went into making that delicious meal that you now enjoy. </div>"A chattering bird builds no nest." - African proverb</i></b> <div><br></div><div>We have more "chatterboxes" than creative and productive individuals from the look of things. If we could just have a small fraction of people putting their money where their mouth is, sustainable development around the world will be further down the road. Everyone "knows" something about what should be done but most people do nothing. </div><div><br></div><div>The question is: 'do many of us really know what should be done or we are just parrots repeating what some of who know what should be done have said? " No offence to my fellow armchair analysists but everyone has to reach a point where we ask ourselves what we have done with the knowledge that we have. Failure to ask and answer this question in all honesty is an indication of what side of the divide we are on. </div><div><br></div><div>You alone as an individual can tell exactly where you are because not every part of the journey is visible to all. Some are at the stage of ideation, consultation or some other seasons that might not be known to all and sundry but they should be in a position to be honest with themselves. </div><div><br></div><div>If you know that all you are doing is talking, I believe it is time for you to stop and start taking action. People should allow their work to announce their person and not the other way round. The best way to introduce yourself is by answering a question about what you are doing. </div><div><br></div><div>You should never allow people to hear much about you before seeing your work. Talk without evidence of what you stand for is mere noise and these days that is what the world is getting from many of us. Let us allow people to see something from us before they hear something from us. </div><div><br></div><div>We must come to a point in our lives where people are curious to know what our vision is because of what they see going on in our space rather than wondering what in the world all our talk is all about. Anybody can come up with a solution but only those who have tried and tested solutions will earn the respect of others. </div><div><br></div><div>Those who are focused on getting things done are too busy working on trying to bring their vision to reality to go about talking about their vision to everyone who cares to listen without any concrete action in view. Nothing is more captivating than reality. The next time you want to talk about your vision, have something tangible to show the direction in which you are headed. </div><div>Do a wonderful weekend ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"He who is unable to dance says that the yard is stony." — African proverb</i></b><div><br></div><div>At times, when I discuss with people who are full of excuses I have this feeling that all they are expressing are feelings of inadequacies. The most difficult thing for people to do is to be honest with themselves. Anyone who has not arrived at that point of total transparency with themselves will always have excuses.</div><div><br></div><div>The best gift you can give to yourself is to be as honest as you possibly can with yourself. The truth of the matter is that if you can be completely honest with yourself, it becomes easy to be honest with others. Help can only be given to a genuine need. No one can help a fake version of an individual.</div><div><br></div><div>The very situation that some are complaining about is what is helping others achieve much more than they ever dreamed of. The ground is always stony for those who have refused to admit that they do not have what it takes to dance. It is easier to stand in the gallery and criticise those who are bold enough to come into the arena to dance.</div><div><br></div><div>The greatest harm you can do to yourself is to allow the criticisms of onlookers to stop you from doing the best you can in the arena. There are people whose only role in life is to watch others do what they wished they could but are not brave enough to do and criticise.</div><div><br></div><div>The stones in the arena are helping those who have decided to dance regardless to come up with dance steps they never imagined they had in them. For those who want to make a difference, they must reach place in life where they see the navigation through the difficulties of life as the best way to explore and create a beautiful tapestry with their vision.</div><div><br></div><div>If you cannot start dancing in a stony arena, you can never reach a point where you create a smooth floor where those coming after you will be able to dance and create beautiful dance steps more easily. The supposed stoneless arenas you are going to to do your dance were created by people who decided to do something about the stones.</div><div><br></div><div>When all you can see is something that will stop from doing what you should be doing, no one can help you. The only way to get help is to admit that you lack what it takes to achieve what you know you should achieve. From that place of honesty, help will come. Otherwise, you will continue to make excuses and go around watching others accomplish their bit. When that happens, you become like those onlookers who are naysayers and who constantly see what to criticise in others.</div><div><br></div><div> No one who wants to contribute something significant with their life will have so much time to look for what others are not doing right because they will be too busy thinking of how to create beautiful dance steps around the stones.</div><div><br></div><div>Do have a great day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"Even the best cooking pot will not produce food." — African proverb</i></b><div><br></div><div>'Packaging' in my local lingo or 'Branding' as it is more widely known, has become a huge phenomenon in our day. Everybody is doing all they can to be recognised. Platforms are available these days to help us put ourselves out there. We are all seeking attention and many are ready to do whatever it takes to be noticed. </div><div><br></div><div>The snag however is that we are presenting a lot of beautiful packages that contain products that are either useless or substandard. There is nothing as disappointing as getting such a product that is way below our expectations after all the hype. </div><div><br></div><div>Many of us are spending too much time and energy producing beautiful packages with substandard content. If we spent more of our resources developing our content and products to match the packaging, we will be able to capture and retain the interest of more organic clients and partners. </div><div><br></div><div>What is the use of attracting attention that will quickly fizzle away? By the time we realise our folly it will be too late to convince people of our genuine worth and intentions. Putting our best foot forward is so important because it definitely helps people to make up their minds and hopefully without regrets. </div><div><br></div><div>You need more than esthetics and optics to win the sustained interest of valuable people. These days, it is as if we are making it all about the optics. There is more to success than outward presentation. In fact, real success is in the development of areas that are invisible to most. </div><div><br></div><div>The elements that build success are usually developed in obscurity for a long time before the realities of success begin to manifest in the open. Obscurity is where the essentials are woven together. These are the things that glue success to glory in such a way that makes success sustainable. </div><div><br></div><div>When the glamour of success is the only goal, only a fleeting semblance of success will be achievable. It is difficult these days to stay the course and pay the price in obscurity because of all the information (true and false) that is constantly bombarding us, especially from the Internet.</div><div><br></div><div> The less you focus on what is happening in your neighbour's garden, the more time you will have to nurture your own and enjoy the greenery and the harvest. </div><div>Do have a beautiful day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"Let not what you cannot do tear you from what you can do."-African proverb </i></b><div><br></div><div>Majority of us tend to concentrate on our weaknesses. When you discuss with most people, it usually seems like talking about their areas of weakness is something they consider as strength. They believe that if we can identify those areas and give them a lot of attention, we become stronger. </div><div><br></div><div>While I do not wish to speak lightly about our areas of weakness, I do believe that we need to to focus more on the areas of strength. That way we have the energy to bring our best foot forward and then we can take time to pay attention to our weaknesses and find solutions as we progress. </div><div><br></div><div>When we refuse to drag ourselves from the grip of our weaknesses, they become shackles that prevent us from taking necessary steps and making progress in the pursuit of our vision. I use the word 'drag' intentionally because it takes conscious effort for us not to focus on our weaknesses. </div><div><br></div><div>Many people are held back from attempting anything due to the fact that they believe they will fail because of areas in which they have identified personal weaknesses. They allow that cloud to overshadow any light of creativity and confidence, therefore they give up at the slightest inconvenience. </div><div><br></div><div>Everyone who has succeeded has had to deal with choosing to focus on their areas of strength rather than areas that make them feel like failures. It is our perception of these areas that hold us back from dealing with them in the appropriate manner. </div><div><br></div><div>If we see them as necessary parts of the human existence and know that all successful people had to arrive at their destination irrespective of their areas of weakness, then it will encourage us to find ways of navigating our journey regardless. </div><div><br></div><div>When we learn to maximise our strengths, we will discover that our areas of weaknesses are opportunities to enter into partnerships and build strong teams that we need to accomplish our purpose. </div>"Even the lion, the king of the forest, protects himself against flies." — African proverb </i></b></div><div><br></div><div>No one can reach a point were they become careless about what they allow into their mental space. We are constantly confronted by people and issues that can cause us to derail from our chosen path. Things that we may consider as insignificant might have the power to shift our focus. </div><div><br></div><div>It is usually said that nothing is as powerful to make us fail as a broken focus. Immediately our perspective about something changes, we begin to see changes in how we handle important issues pertaining to the pursuit of our purpose. People who allow things into their mental space that have no business being there, soon discover that they are drifting. </div><div><br></div><div>The unfortunate thing is that not everyone has the capacity to understand that they are drifting before they get very far from their core purpose. Some people get so far off that it will cost them a lot to come back or even discourage them from attempting to do so. They therefore decide to settle for less or change their course completely. </div><div><br></div><div>No matter how sure you are of your purpose and your ability to accomplish it, you still need to be careful of the kind of people and situations that you allow to influence you. The power of the wrong influence can never be overstated. Many people believe that they are too smart and too confident to be swayed. No one is. </div><div><br></div><div>Whenever you perceive an atmosphere that is trying to suck you into something that you are not sure is going to move you forward in the right direction, get away from it. It is not always obvious that things might be affecting your perception of certain issues. This is the reason why you do not have to stay in an environment that makes you to always second guess yourself. </div><div><br></div><div>As little and insignifiant that flies might look, they can still cause trouble for the lion. He has to protect himself from them if he wants to be alert to his environment and his business. That nagging thought that keeps making you doubt yourself or your vision has to be promptly dealt with. That relationship that adds no value to your life and business has to reevaluated. </div><div><br></div><div>Once you notice that your guards are down, you need to quickly do something to protect yourself. Many things and relationships that seem harmless are usually the most dangerous because they quietly destroy before their effects come to the fore. Never underestimate anything that you allow into your mental space because that is where seeds are sown that gradually grow into weeds capable of destroying a great harvest. </div><div><br></div><div>Always double check with your gut feelings and spend some time to evaluate before you let ideas settle. One minute of good thinking can save you from a long period of regret. Do enjoy a beautiful day! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. </div>"A doctor who invoked a storm on his people cannot prevent his house from destruction." —African proverb </i></b></div><div><br></div><div>Societies are built on the collective efforts of their citizens. Leadership is overrated. Where citizens absorb themselves of the collective purpose of building a healthy society, the systems will collapse. Coming from a society where systems are collapsing all around me, this is not just a theory. </div><div><br></div><div>When people invoke "storms" through their collective actions and inactions, even they cannot prevent their houses from destruction. Leadership cannot be different from the citizens they govern because leaders are a true representation of the culture of the society. When the worms of corruption are eating up the very fabric of society, it is not only among the leaders, they spread everywhere. </div><div><br></div><div>The damage is huge when the very core of society is infested by the worms of corruption. Corruption becomes a culture that is accepted by a vast majority of the society and leadership does not make up a vast majority of the society. When a culture is established, everything fiber of society responds to it and what is supposed to be an anormally is widely accepted as the norm. </div><div><br></div><div>The reality is that those who have contributed to the culture that engendered the systems collapse are not exempt from the consequences no matter how they try. They might live like ostriches with their heads in the sand but it does not mean that the rest of their bodies will escape the realities of their reckless contributions. </div><div><br></div><div>Living in such societies affords you the opportunity to make a difference with your life if you really want to things to change. It does not mean that you become an instant solution but you can destroy the worms around you and stop them from festering. The societies in which the infestation of these worms have been largely curtailed, started with people like that who were determined to stop the infestation from growing around them. </div><div><br></div><div>Not everybody wants to be infested. A cultural shift starts with the building of a parallel culture and not with the elimination of an existing one. When more people begin to see what is happening on the other lane and begin to join, the shift starts to happen. It is not as easy as it seems but no cultural patterns are established instantly and easily in any society. </div><div><br></div><div>As more people join in the race, the likelihood of getting those from this parallel culture into leadership becomes possible. Until citizens with the right motives who have a heart to serve begin to deal with the worms around them, no change can occur. </div><div><br></div><div>If you truly want to make a difference, you will understand that you will not be able to destroy a lot of worms but you will be able to stop the infestation around you. Your actions may give courage to someone else to do the same and you never what ripple effects that your singular stance will have. Not everyone is enjoying the infestations of the worms. </div><div><br></div><div>The shift can start with you. Do have a really lovely day ! </div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com. The culmination of all these avenues is noise. </div><div><br></div><div>The only way to survive in this era is to be disciplined enough to filter. One also has to be laser focused and knowledgeable so as frame their focus. Everything does not need your attention. Not every information is worth your consumption. The only way to avoid being consumed by the information overload is to be sure of what you actually need. </div><div><br></div><div>There is a deluge of trainings, conferences, and everywhere we turn, there is always someone who has an opinion to offer or information to pass across. This in itself is not a bad thing but it can cause so much distraction and anyone who is not focused on where they are going can be easily led in a direction that they did not initially intend. </div><div><br></div><div>Moving from one place to another looking for any available information can clog our mental space to the point where we cannot discern what is expedient from what is good. That it relates to your area of expertise does not mean that it is important for what you are doing. </div><div><br></div><div>The ability to sift through the noise and concentrate on only what you need is the fundamental aptitude needed to succeed at a time like this. That it worked for someone you know does not necessarily mean it will work for you in the same way. A deep sense of understanding and confidence in the goal you have chosen to pursue is what will keep you grounded in the pursuit of your purpose. </div><div><br></div><div>Jumping from pillar to post is a sign that you are only interested in some short-term fame that gratifies only some immediate appetite. For anyone who wants to accomplish something that will leave a mark that will last, they need to tune down unnecessary noise. No matter how relatable an idea might seem to you, you have to be in position to understand how it will work in your own situation before you give it any consideration. </div><div><br></div><div>Changemakers are always ready for the long haul. They are not easily distracted by unsolicited information. They careful sift through what is available and pick only that which they need. It is easy to veer from your lane if you are not paying particular attention to the essence of your vision. As a new week begins the barrage of information opens with force. Be careful not to be carried away with the noise. Just try your best to pay attention to your vendor only. </div><div>Do have a great week !</div><div><br></div><div>Make today a day to remember by the depth of knowledge you decide to acquire. </div><div><br></div><div>Make sure you properly engage your mind. </div><div><br></div><div>Read more at www.mentoringafrica.blogspot.com.
