WE ALL HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY. - NOUS AVONS TOUS UNE RESPONSABILITÉ.

When an idea comes to life in a community and people see the quality of its effects, it becomes necessary to keep it alive and constantly work on it. We have to push knowledge by introducing a system of transmitting that knowledge especially if it is something that can easily be replicated in that community. Creating a culture is simply generating an avenue that helps others to see what is beneficial to them in their community. In addition to that, a structure put in place that makes it accessible to as many as will show interest in taking part in its development. Consequently, it then forms a part of the lifestyle of the people. 

In most cases, that in turn encourages others to carry out their own research so that they too can become a part of the growth of that community. What discourages people most of the time is the fact that those who are too lazy to undertake the process and they collaborate with other communities to undermine the efforts of those who are pursuing this kind of value addition. Such people disregard resources found around them and collaborate with other communities to flood their very own communities with alternatives gotten from those other regions. This kind of unwholesome behaviour can deter those who are not as passionately committed or bold enough from going ahead with their plans for the community and its resources. Culture defines a people and what is the dominant culture determines how the community will evolve and grow. In societies where the general culture is that of consumption, it would be difficult to experience economic growth and this will gravely affect the overall development of the community. When a people are used to consuming and little effort is put into production, it means that they do not give attention to the resources that they have that could help them become a self-sufficient society. 

This culture of dependence makes it rather difficult for them to take the pain of researching ways of providing for their immediate needs without little or no outside help. Their purchasing power is grossly diminished and they see themselves as less than. Therefore, they are forced to accept whatever other communities present to them to help them survive as a community. This is quite an unfortunate situation because every environment has something to contribute as an exchange with others to provide a robust living environment for its people. A strong home-grown culture is imperative to the growth of any community. Work ethics and general mental strength are things that need to be cultivated for the growth and development of any society and this usually comes from a culture of responsibility and accountability. A community that knows that it is its responsibility to improve the lives of its people would develop a culture in that environment that encourages people to see whatever they have around as resources for which they should be responsible and accountable. Consequent upon this, their investment or abuse of these resources will be taken with utmost sense of obligation as custodians.

Lorsqu'une idée prend vie au sein d'une communauté et que ses effets positifs se font sentir, il devient essentiel de la pérenniser et de la développer constamment. Il est important de diffuser les connaissances en mettant en place un système de transmission, notamment si elles sont facilement reproductibles au sein de cette communauté. Créer une culture, c'est simplement ouvrir la voie à ce qui est bénéfique pour chacun dans sa propre communauté. De plus, il est nécessaire de mettre en place une structure qui la rend accessible à tous ceux qui souhaitent participer à son développement. Ainsi, elle s'intègre au mode de vie des habitants.

Dans la plupart des cas, cela encourage d'autres personnes à mener leurs propres recherches afin de contribuer elles aussi à la croissance de cette communauté. Ce qui décourage souvent les gens, c'est que certains, trop paresseux pour s'investir dans le processus, collaborent avec d'autres communautés pour saper les efforts de ceux qui s'engagent dans cette démarche de valorisation. Ces personnes négligent les ressources locales et collaborent avec d'autres communautés pour inonder les leurs d'alternatives provenant d'ailleurs. Ce type de comportement malsain peut dissuader ceux qui ne sont pas aussi passionnément engagés ou suffisamment audacieux de poursuivre leurs projets pour la communauté et ses ressources. La culture définit un peuple et la culture dominante détermine l'évolution et la croissance de la communauté. Dans les sociétés où la culture générale est celle de la consommation, la croissance économique est difficile à atteindre, ce qui affecte gravement le développement global de la communauté. Lorsqu'un peuple est habitué à consommer et que peu d'efforts sont consacrés à la production, cela signifie qu'il ne prête pas attention aux ressources dont il dispose et qui pourraient lui permettre de devenir une société autosuffisante.

Cette culture de dépendance les empêche de se donner la peine de rechercher des moyens de subvenir à leurs besoins immédiats sans aide extérieure. Leur pouvoir d'achat est fortement réduit et ils se sentent diminués. Par conséquent, ils sont contraints d'accepter ce que d'autres communautés leur offrent pour assurer leur survie. C'est une situation regrettable, car chaque environnement a quelque chose à apporter, par le biais d'échanges, pour offrir un cadre de vie décent à ses habitants. Une culture locale forte est essentielle à la croissance de toute communauté. L'éthique du travail et la force mentale sont des qualités qu'il faut cultiver pour le développement de toute société, et cela découle généralement d'une culture de responsabilité. Une communauté consciente de sa responsabilité d'améliorer la vie de ses membres développera une culture qui encourage chacun à considérer son environnement comme une ressource dont il doit être responsable. Par conséquent, leur utilisation, bonne ou mauvaise, de ces ressources sera perçue avec le plus grand sens des obligations, en tant que gardiens.

Growth is generally built on multiplying effects. This is why it is important to have a system of education that makes it possible for the right knowledge to be passed down from one generation to another. When knowledge changes hands, there is so much more that goes on. There is more room for the expansion of the subject matter as each one adds a little of what they know. We all have our different perceptions and experiences and all these play a huge role in how we decode information. As information travels from one person to another, there is always the possibility of a different angle being added. These proclivities develop into prisms of different shades that make up the holistic beauty of an idea. 

Culture is created by a value chain, ideas are moved around that become commonly accepted in a community. These ideas will eventually end up as part of how a community decides what their conventional way of life becomes. Someone discovers a way of doing something and passes it on to some other individual that tries it out and approves it. It then spreads to others until it is gradually accepted by the community. When this happens, it becomes enshrined in that community. Having been proven as something that can add value because there is visible improvement in a certain area of life in

the community, it remains until it evolves at a later season. The ripple effects of these tested principles is what builds the pillars that support the structure of a community.

 Unfortunately, this can even be a negative pattern that goes on unchallenged. This is the reason why those who want to add value should be bold enough to put forth ideas that can change the community for good before negative elements conceive dangerous ideas to fill a gap. Creation of culture can easily be started by one person, it does not have to be done by a group. Once you have an idea that can bring improvement to the community that no one else has started, do not be afraid to put it out there. Many people think about things but only the very passionate who are intentional and courageous do something about their thoughts. Many an idea that would have made a difference and changed society, have died without seeing the light of day because people were not passionate or bold enough to do something about them. It is funny how people will say they have been thinking about something that someone is working on. Thoughts are a dime a dozen and until we take steps to concretize them, they are of no value to anybody.

C'est pourquoi il est important d'avoir un système éducatif qui permette la transmission des connaissances pertinentes d'une génération à l'autre. Lorsque le savoir circule, de nombreux autres phénomènes se produisent. Le sujet d'étude s'enrichit, chacun y apportant sa propre contribution. Nous avons tous des perceptions et des expériences différentes, qui jouent un rôle crucial dans notre manière d'interpréter l'information. Lorsqu'une information circule d'une personne à l'autre, il est toujours possible qu'une perspective différente s'y intègre. Ces inclinations se transforment en prismes aux nuances variées qui composent la beauté holistique d'une idée.

La culture se crée par une chaîne de valeurs : les idées circulent et finissent par être communément acceptées au sein d'une communauté. Ces idées contribuent finalement à définir le mode de vie conventionnel de cette communauté. Quelqu'un découvre une manière de faire quelque chose et la transmet à une autre personne qui l'expérimente et l'approuve. Elle se propage ensuite jusqu'à être progressivement acceptée par la communauté. Lorsque cela se produit, cela s'enracine dans la communauté. Ayant prouvé sa valeur ajoutée grâce à une amélioration visible dans un domaine précis de la vie communautaire, cette pratique perdure jusqu'à son évolution ultérieure. Les effets d'entraînement de ces principes éprouvés constituent les piliers qui soutiennent la structure de la communauté.

Malheureusement, ce schéma peut aussi se perpétuer sans être remis en question. C'est pourquoi ceux qui souhaitent apporter une contribution positive doivent oser proposer des idées susceptibles de transformer durablement la communauté, avant que des éléments négatifs ne conçoivent des idées dangereuses pour combler un manque. La création d'une culture peut facilement être initiée par une seule personne ; elle ne nécessite pas forcément un groupe. Si vous avez une idée novatrice pour améliorer la communauté, n'ayez pas peur de la partager. Nombreux sont ceux qui réfléchissent, mais seuls les plus passionnés, déterminés et courageux concrétisent leurs idées. Bien des idées qui auraient pu changer la donne et transformer la société sont restées lettre morte, faute de passion ou d'audace. Il est étonnant de constater que certains prétendent réfléchir à des projets déjà en cours. Les idées ne manquent pas, et tant qu'on ne les concrétise pas, elles ne servent à rien.

We do not need to keep painting the same landscape from the same angle because there is more to life and it is certainly a lot. The most definite way to change anything is to change how we see it. We have to train our eyes to see what has not been seen if we want to do what has not been done. There are always angles from which we can change the narrative if we are intentional and passionate enough to change our own position. People do not want to move, but they want life to move and situations to change while they remain set in their own ways. However, life does not work like that because everything is static until force is applied. You cannot remain in the same position and expect to see something different. 

We have to reach a place where change is no longer an option but a necessity. This is where the rubber meets the road because those who are willing to change their position are the minority and they are seen as abnormal in most cases. Your view is important for the difference you want to make, so you need to make up your mind even if it means that you stand alone. You have to know that nothing is going to change until you step out and take necessary action and that starts with your perception. Making an impact is not for the talkative, the complacent or the faint of heart. Eagles and lions dare and most times, they make it a point of duty to properly position themselves. This allows them to be able to target angles that are different. That means a change of position that places them where it is easy for them to fight the prey on their own terms. 

Do not be afraid to approach

situations from angles that you are unfamiliar with because that is also where you will get unusual results from. If you can change your angle, you will be able to shoot shots that will reach those parts hitherto unreached. Then, you will have the kind of impact that is fresh and lasting. Changing your angles will be better done when you understand the importance of how the system of life works. Life is a chain of moments and every loop or bead in that chain is important. The value of each moment is different depending on what we put into it. It is not the moment that determines its value, it is how we use it that defines its importance. There are spectacular moments that we wish to remember forever and there are also those we wish never happened. Unfortunately, any moment that passes can never be

retrieved, so even when we regret the way we used any moment, there is no way of getting it back and repurposing it to bring us satisfaction.

Nous n'avons pas besoin de toujours peindre le même paysage sous le même angle, car la vie est bien plus riche et complexe. Le moyen le plus sûr de changer les choses est de changer notre regard. Nous devons apprendre à voir ce qui n'a pas encore été vu si nous voulons accomplir ce qui n'a pas encore été fait. Il existe toujours des perspectives pour modifier le récit, à condition d'être suffisamment déterminé et passionné pour faire évoluer notre propre point de vue. Les gens rechignent à bouger, mais ils souhaitent que la vie avance et que les situations changent, tout en restant campés sur leurs positions. Or, la vie ne fonctionne pas ainsi : tout est statique tant qu'aucune force n'intervient. On ne peut pas rester immobile et espérer voir le résultat.

Nous devons atteindre un point où le changement n'est plus une option, mais une nécessité. C'est là que les choses se compliquent, car ceux qui sont prêts à changer d'avis sont minoritaires et souvent perçus comme anormaux. Votre point de vue est important pour le changement que vous souhaitez apporter ; vous devez donc prendre une décision, même si cela signifie être seul. Il faut bien comprendre que rien ne changera tant que vous n'aurez pas pris l'initiative d'agir, et cela commence par votre perception. Avoir un impact n'est pas donné aux bavards, aux complaisants ni aux timorés. Les aigles et les lions osent, et la plupart du temps, ils se font un devoir de se positionner correctement. Cela leur permet de viser des angles différents. Autrement dit, un changement de position les place là où il leur est facile de combattre leur proie à leur avantage.

N'ayez pas peur d'aborder les situations sous des angles inhabituels, car c'est aussi là que vous obtiendrez des résultats surprenants. Si vous changez d'angle, vous pourrez atteindre des cibles jusqu'alors inaccessibles. Vous aurez alors un impact à la fois novateur et durable. Changer d'angle sera d'autant plus pertinent que vous comprendrez l'importance du fonctionnement du système de la vie. La vie est une succession d'instants, et chaque maillon, chaque perle de cette chaîne est important. La valeur de chaque instant varie selon ce que nous y investissons. Ce n'est pas l'instant en lui-même qui détermine sa valeur, mais l'usage que nous en faisons qui en définit l'importance. Il y a des moments exceptionnels que nous souhaitons immortaliser, et d'autres que nous aurions préféré ne jamais vivre. Malheureusement, tout moment passé est irréversible. Ainsi, même si nous regrettons la façon dont nous avons utilisé un moment, il est impossible de le récupérer et de le réutiliser pour nous apporter satisfaction.
