People normally fear to involve other people in their pursuit even though they know that that is something that is necessary for their vision to reach its full potential. We must never 

underestimate the power of synergy. When there are groups of people who have a healthy comprehension of what needs to be done and what each person’s contributions should be, societies would be much easier to develop. Often times, the major challenge comes from people not understanding their roles. Everyone thinks it is their duty to overarch because they believe that the team needs them in every corner to function. When this happens, the atmosphere of disrespect prevails and prevents the necessary cohesion needed for robust synergy. The power partnership and teamwork is only unleashed in a place where everyone understands and esteems what they as well as others are bringing to the table. 

Like minds will know exactly where to partner without imposing. In the places where the loops join together, there is always an open connection that indicates a need to partner. Entering into a phase of partnering with others is a huge deal. This is a phase that sorely tests your appreciation and understanding of yourself and your purpose. Decisions that would normally not take time to make would now have to undergo the scrutiny and acceptance of others. It takes wisdom and courage to make adjustments when you allow others to be a part of what you want to achieve. Steps already taken might be revised or totally jettisoned and it would take mental strength to put yourself in such a vulnerable position. 

It is important that when we come into a space of working together, we should pay great attention to how we treat people. This will, to a very large extent, determine how far we can go and how much we can achieve. It is our duty to add strength to the chain and not to pull on one end of the loop until the weight of that pull causes the chain to break. Acceptance of the worth of what we can contribute gives us the kind of confidence that is essential in making us to accord others the respect that they deserve. It is not easy for people to work together and keep their identities intact but when this happens, a lot of progress is made.

On craint souvent d'impliquer autrui dans ses projets, même si l'on sait que c'est indispensable pour que sa vision atteigne son plein potentiel. Il ne faut jamais sous-estimer le pouvoir de la synergie. Lorsque des groupes de personnes comprennent clairement les objectifs à atteindre et la contribution de chacun, les sociétés se développent bien plus facilement. Bien souvent, le principal obstacle réside dans la méconnaissance des rôles de chacun. Chacun pense qu'il est de son devoir de tout contrôler, car il croit que l'équipe a besoin de lui à tous les niveaux pour fonctionner. Dans ce cas, un climat de manque de respect s'installe et empêche la cohésion nécessaire à une synergie efficace. Le pouvoir du partenariat et du travail d'équipe ne se déploie pleinement que lorsque chacun comprend et valorise sa propre contribution et celle des autres.

Les personnes partageant les mêmes idées sauront exactement où collaborer sans imposer leur point de vue. Aux points de convergence des différents éléments, une connexion ouverte indique toujours un besoin de partenariat. S'engager dans une phase de partenariat est une étape cruciale. Cette phase met à rude épreuve votre connaissance et votre compréhension de vous-même et de votre objectif. Des décisions qui, en temps normal, seraient prises rapidement devront désormais être examinées et acceptées par autrui. Il faut de la sagesse et du courage pour s'adapter lorsqu'on permet à d'autres de contribuer à la réalisation de ses ambitions. Les mesures déjà prises pourraient être révisées, voire totalement abandonnées, et il faut une grande force mentale pour se mettre dans une position aussi vulnérable.

Il est important, lorsque nous travaillons ensemble, de porter une grande attention à la façon dont nous traitons les autres. Cela déterminera, dans une large mesure, notre potentiel et nos réussites. Il est de notre devoir de renforcer la chaîne et de ne pas tirer sur un seul fil jusqu'à ce que le poids de cette traction la rompe. Accepter la valeur de notre contribution nous donne la confiance essentielle pour accorder aux autres le respect qu'ils méritent. Il n'est pas facile de travailler ensemble tout en préservant son identité, mais lorsque cela se produit, de grands progrès sont accomplis.
