Company is one of the greatest gift to the human being but it can also be a setback when one is pursuing a vision, especially one that is not familiar or has never been undertaken. Vision is usually conceived and nurtured inside and when it is exposed to too many intrusions, it can be aborted. There are stages of quiet and solitude that are necessary for the full maturity and birth of a vision and it is this period that decides that final fate of the birth or death. For the visionary, this can be a very difficult and fearful period and it is only the courageous that can walk this path.  Many people turn back when they get to a track that is void of other travelers because they forget that most innovative disruptions happen on the road less travelled. This is a period in which nothing makes sense to no other but the visionary because most times, it is something that is different from what most are used to. It takes only those who understand who they really are and what they have to offer, to travel alone. When we understand what we are about to birth, we are surefooted. We hear what critics are saying but the voice of our vision will speak too loud for us to care. The labour to bring forth a child is a private affair but the celebration of the birth of a child is a public affair. Never forget that there is always a crowd at the finish line to welcome those who arrive at their desired destination. All the joy and noise that you have missed during this difficult and lonely period will rewarded at the finish line if you are resilient and enduring enough to make it to the end. Il suffit à ceux qui comprennent qui ils sont vraiment et ce qu'ils ont à offrir, de voyager seuls. Lorsque nous comprenons ce que nous sommes sur le point de naître, nous sommes au pied sûr. Nous entendons ce que disent les critiques, mais la voix de notre vision parlera trop fort pour que nous nous en soucions. Le travail pour mettre au monde un enfant est une affaire privée mais la célébration de la naissance d'un enfant est une affaire publique. N'oubliez jamais qu'il y a toujours du monde à la ligne d'arrivée pour accueillir ceux qui arrivent à destination. Tout la joie et le bruit que vous avez manqué pendant cette période difficile et solitaire sera récompensé à la ligne d'arrivée si vous êtes suffisamment résilient et endurant pour arriver à la fin.
