ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF? - ÊTES-VOUS ASSEZ FORT POUR RESTER FIDÈLE À VOUS-MÊME?

 

It takes everything you have got to be able to do something significant with your life because that road is so undulated that you can lose track or even fall down flat at any point and some never recover from that kind of fall. Bouncing back when the road is that rugged and rough is very difficult and it requires determination and absolute doggedness to make it through to your destination in such circumstances. You have to be able to keep going when almost every signpost is in neon lights and is screaming at you to go back or give up. The way forward for anyone who wants to do something that is of any real value with their life, is to be double-sure of who they are and what they want. Are you strong enough to stay true to yourself even in the midst of dissenting voices and you have some that could be so convincing? These neon signs are so bright and loud that if your own voice is not clear and loud enough in your head to keep you grounded, you can give in to their pleas and abandon your hard work and vision then settle for something far less that you are capable of achieving. If we don't have mental strength and sure-footing as you push ahead and try to get safely and surely to your destination, it could result in a very wobbly and painful journey where you take one step forward and two steps backwards. Only the sure-footed will walk steadily on a rough road without quitting and these are the ones who will get to their destination even if it means arriving there bruised and battered. No matter how it looks, we have to remember that the glory of success as a way of covering the scars and making it possible for the joy to make the stress of the journey fade. Being successful as well as being a person of great impact and influence is not for the faint of heart. Do enjoy a wonderful week!

Il faut tout ce que vous avez pour pouvoir faire quelque chose d'important de votre vie parce que cette route est si ondulée que vous pouvez perdre la trace ou même tomber à plat à tout moment et certains ne se remettent jamais de ce genre de chute. Rebondir lorsque la route est aussi accidentée et rugueux est très difficile et cela nécessite de la détermination et une acharnement absolu pour se rendre à votre destination dans de telles circonstances. Vous devez être capable de continuer lorsque presque tous les panneaux sont éclairés au néon et vous crient de revenir en arrière ou d'abandonner. La voie à suivre pour quiconque veut faire quelque chose qui a une valeur réelle dans sa vie, est d'être à deux fois sûr de qui il est et de ce qu'il veut. Êtes-vous assez fort pour rester fidèle à vous-même même au milieu de voix dissidentes et vous en avez qui pourraient être si convaincantes? Ces enseignes au néon sont si lumineuses et si bruyantes que si votre propre voix n'est pas assez claire et assez forte dans votre tête pour vous garder sur terre, vous pouvez céder à leurs appels et abandonner votre travail acharné et votre vision, puis vous contenter de quelque chose de beaucoup moins que vous êtes capable de réaliser. Si nous n'avons pas la force mentale et la stabilité pendant que vous avancez et essayez d'arriver en toute sécurité et sûrement à votre destination, cela pourrait entraîner un voyage très bancal et douloureux où vous feriez un pas en avant et deux pas en arrière. Seuls les pas sûrs marcheront régulièrement sur une route accidentée sans abandonner et ce sont eux qui arriveront à destination même si cela signifie y arriver meurtris et battus. Peu importe à quoi cela ressemble, nous devons nous rappeler que la gloire du succès est un moyen de couvrir les cicatrices et de permettre à la joie de faire disparaître le stress du voyage. Avoir du succès et être une personne de grand impact et d'influence n'est pas pour les âmes sensibles. Profitez d'une semaine merveilleuse!

THERE ARE NO EASY ROUTES TO CHANGE. - IL N'Y A PAS D'ITINÉRAIRE FACILE À CHANGER.

Life is constantly changing but many of us are never ready or appreciative of the opportunities made available to us to evolve with life and enjoy all what is possible for us to achieve when we are open enough to allow ourselves to be a part of the evolving process that life is. People talk too much about change and most times, that is all they do. When confronted to do something about what they think should be done to achieve what they think needs to change, they step back and do nothing but continue to complain and criticise. Change is so difficult; it is like trying to move a mountain, there are no easy routes to change. Change is something that has to bother us to a point where we cannot take no for an answer and we are prepared to stick out our necks and do whatever it takes to create the culture of change that is required in any given situation. The best way to create change is to create a parallel culture wherever it is possible for you to do so. The amount of time and effort we put into trying to change anything will be worth more if invested in creating a counter culture. Culture is created by consistently doing the same thing and producing visible and undeniable results that cannot be overlooked because of the ripple effects that they have in the immediate environment and society in general. The way the flawed culture was created is the same way that the productive one will be created, we just have to put our money where our mouth is. Enjoy a fantastic weekend! 

La vie change constamment, mais beaucoup d'entre nous ne sont jamais prêts et nous n'apprécions pas des opportunités qui nous sont offertes d'évoluer avec la vie et de profiter de tout ce qu'il nous est possible de réaliser lorsque nous sommes suffisamment ouverts pour nous permettre de faire partie du processus en évolution qu'est la vie. Les gens parlent trop de changement et la plupart du temps, c'est tout ce qu'ils font. Lorsqu'ils sont confrontés à faire quelque chose à propos de ce qu'ils pensent qu'on doit faire pour réaliser ce qu'ils pensent a besoin de changer, ils prennent du recul et ne font rien mais continuent de se plaindre et de critiquer. Le changement est si difficile; c'est comme essayer de déplacer une montagne, il n'y a pas d'itinéraires faciles au changement. Le changement est quelque chose qui doit nous déranger à un point tel que nous ne pouvons pas avoir non pour une réponse et nous sommes prêts à nous tendre le cou et à faire tout ce qu'il faut pour créer la culture du changement qui est nécessaire dans une situation donnée. La meilleure façon de créer un changement est de créer une culture parallèle chaque fois que cela vous est possible. Le temps et les efforts que nous consacrons à essayer de changer quoi que ce soit valent plus s'ils sont investis dans la création d'une contre-culture. La culture est créée en faisant constamment la même chose et en produisant des résultats visibles et indéniables qui ne peuvent être négligés en raison des effets d'entraînement qu'ils ont dans l'environnement immédiat et la société en général. La façon dont la culture imparfaite a été créée est la même que la culture productive sera créée, nous devons simplement mettez nos paroles en actes. Profitez d'un week-end fantastique!

There are times when without any conscious effort on your part, you begin to see something in a way that you have never looked at it before. When you suddenly look at what you are used to through at a fresh pair of eyes, it could mean that you are about to pivot so, it might be something that you need to pay close attention to. For those who are intentional, it is easy to perceive moments that others take for granted differently. That does not mean that every such moment carries weight but we have to learn to linger in some places where we can sense that there could be something more. These are places where many others do not bother to take any notice in a way that makes them to see beyond what is apparent. Some of us just glide through such a moment but a few others would pause to think about it for a while because what is apparent is not always all there is to any specific situation. These can be pivotal moments that could define the next turn in the trajectory of our lives that have not been obvious to us before but that have suddenly caught our attention because of experiences that have brought us to a position of seeing things in a way that we generally would not. You will be surprised at how such 'insignificant' moments can change the direction of your journey and bring you into something that you can leverage on, that you have always wanted to figure out. What makes a huge different in such moments is a mental sharpness that we have developed with time and experience. We have to learn to listen to the voice of experience and the mental aptitude that goes with it. Do enjoy a beautiful day!

Il y a des moments où sans aucun effort conscient de votre part, vous commencez à voir quelque chose d'une manière que vous ne l'avez jamais vue auparavant. Lorsque vous regardez soudainement ce à quoi vous êtes habitué avec une nouvelle paire d'yeux, cela peut signifier que vous êtes sur le point de pivoter, alors c'est peut-être quelque chose auquel vous devez prêter une attention particulière. Pour ceux qui sont intentionnels, il est facile de percevoir différemment les moments que les autres tiennent pour acquis. Cela ne veut pas dire que chaque instant de ce genre porte du poids, mais nous devons apprendre à nous attarder à certains endroits où nous pouvons sentir qu'il pourrait y avoir quelque chose de plus. Ce sont des endroits où beaucoup d'autres ne se donnent pas la peine de faire attention de manière à leur faire voir au-delà de ce qui est apparent. Certains d'entre nous ne font que survoler un tel moment, mais quelques autres s'arrêteraient pour y réfléchir pendant un moment parce que ce qui est apparent n'est pas toujours tout ce qu'il y a dans une situation spécifique. Ceux-ci peuvent être des moments charnières qui pourraient définir le prochain tournant dans la trajectoire de nos vies qui ne nous ont pas été évidents auparavant mais qui ont soudainement attiré notre attention en raison d'expériences qui nous ont amenés à voir les choses d'une manière que nous ne les voyons pas généralement. Vous serez surpris de voir à quel point ces moments `` insignifiants '' peuvent changer la direction de votre voyage et vous amener à quelque chose sur lequel vous pouvez tirer parti, que vous avez toujours voulu comprendre. Ce qui fait une énorme différence dans de tels moments, c'est une acuité mentale que nous avons développée avec le temps et l'expérience. Nous devons apprendre à écouter la voix de l'expérience et l'aptitude mentale qui va avec. Profitez d'une belle journée!
