AFRICA IS A CONTINENT ON THE MOVE AND HER YOUTHS ARE HER GREATEST RESOURCE."We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future."Franklin D. Roosevelt. MentorAfrica looks to help youths, through various life transition mentoring topics, to prepare youths for development and leadership that will help them change the African narrative whenever the opportunity arises.

YOU SHALL KNOW THEM BY THEIR QUESTIONS. - VOUS LES CONNAÎTREZ PAR LEUR QUESTIONS.

Some continue only to analyse and criticize while those living with intention take a step further to ask the “how” questions. What that means is they are looking for how to change the status quo or how to find a lasting solution. Living with intention means that you do not wait for a leadership position before thinking of how to make a difference. What anyone living with intention should focus on is how to create collaborations around a situation that needs attention. Many people fail because they want to solve the problem alone and get all the credit. Collaboration is key to succeeding to changing the landscape, no one has the perfect solution. There are others who are looking for ways to do something about unwanted situations that they find around them, they are waiting for someone to show them the way to a solution. Do not always think that you are alone in the frustration around you, you will find collaboration when you get to the point of asking “how” instead of stopping at “what” and “why” Have a lovely day! PASSION. DESIRE. ASSURANCE. - LA PASSION. ENVIE. ASSURANCE.
New
Level of Assurance By Stanley Umezulike

At the end, most uncles and aunties end up disappointing their nephews and nieces at the last minute while the injustice in the system along with harsh realities of life leave only very few still standing where others have broken down.
There is no reason to be frustrated. In fact those
obstacles should provides new opportunities for you to look inwards and rediscover
yourself.
Follow your heart when the dilemma is much and your
passion and drive to succeed will give you a new level of assurance that will
propel you to your breakthrough. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
The world makes way for the young person who knows
where he is going. Learn from your
mistakes, say no to negativity. Go boldly for what you want. Act as if your
prayers have been answered and keep moving forward no matter what.
There is hope at the end of the horizon. Do have a really great weekend!

Nouveau niveau d'assurance Par Stanley Umezulike

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THAT MOMENT? - ÊTES-VOUS PRÉPARÉ POUR CE MOMENT-LA?

This is the reason a lot of people fail in leadership, they had no holistic understanding of the challenges of the position before assuming responsibilities. #PositiveAfricans must realise that the work that needs to be done to develop the continent is far more than having brilliant ideas. Navigating the culture of illiteracy, ignorance and nepotism is key to implementing brilliant ideas. #PositiveAfricans cannot deceive themselves into thinking that college degrees and strong desire alone can get the job done. We must prepare to make huge sacrifices and persevere until the majority of the people understand that the way of corruption is the way of destruction. Corruption is not innate to Africa, we must be prepared to do whatever it takes to move it to the back burner like other more progressive societies have done. #PositiveAfricans must constantly hold up a picture of what a progressive Africa would like for all to see.
