How I wish we all had a foreknowledge of what the journey would entail before we started. Since we are not privy to that information about how life will play out exactly, we need to do whatever we can at every given moment even when we do not know if it is the right time to make the move because no one has that privileged information. Some people wait for the right time and right environment to act and they remain inactive, some die with regrets while others are fortunate enough to latch unto other opportunities late in their lifetime. It is very important to note that those who bring about change act in spite of shortcomings, they create the right time and environment by their decisions and actions. They don’t wait for the right time, time for them is always right. These do not concentrate on the obvious excuses that everyone else takes advantage of, they look for ways to go round these excuses. Nobody who is comfort driven can make a difference because great change comes with great price and discomfort. Africa is at a great disadvantage to produce change and unfortunately they alone can produce the change that this continent urgently needs. Those more developed countries have their histories littered with people who made great sacrifices. No society became as advanced and prosperous as it is by waving a magic wand or by depending on others. Nobody can understand you more than you understand yourself. We need to stop complaining and blaming and think of how to come out of this misery in the midst of all our endowments, if not we will wake up from our foolishness one day and find that we have been completely over run. Comme j'aurais aimé que nous ayons tous une prescience de ce que le voyage impliquerait avant de commencer. Étant donné que nous ne sommes pas au courant de ces informations sur la façon dont la vie se déroulera exactement, nous devons faire tout ce que nous pouvons à chaque moment donné, même si nous ne savons pas si c'est le bon moment pour agir car personne ne dispose de ces informations privilégiées. Certaines personnes attendent le bon moment et le bon environnement pour agir et elles restent inactives, certaines meurent de regrets tandis que d'autres ont la chance de saisir d'autres opportunités tard dans leur vie. Il est très important de noter que ceux qui apportent le changement agissent malgré les lacunes, ils créent le bon moment et l'environnement par leurs décisions et leurs actions. Ils n’attendent pas le bon moment, le temps pour eux est toujours un bon moment. Ceux-ci ne se concentrent pas sur les excuses évidentes dont tout le monde profite, ils cherchent des moyens de contourner ces excuses. Personne qui est axé sur le confort ne peut faire de différence car un grand changement s'accompagne d'un prix et d'un inconfort élevés. L'Afrique est très désavantagée pour produire le changement et, malheureusement, elle seule peut produire le changement dont ce continent a un besoin urgent. Ces pays plus développés ont leur histoire jonchée de gens qui ont fait de grands sacrifices. Aucune société n'est devenue aussi avancée et prospère qu'elle ne l'est en agitant une baguette magique ou en dépendant des autres. Personne ne peut vous comprendre plus que vous ne vous comprenez vous-même. Nous devons arrêter de nous plaindre et de blâmer et penser à comment sortir de cette misère au milieu de toutes nos dotations, sinon nous nous réveillerons un jour de notre sottise et constaterons que nous avons été complètement dépassés. Passez un week-end très agréable!
