GIVE THAT IDEA A CHANCE! - DONNEZ UNE CHANCE À CETTE IDÉE !

Do you understand that you can never accomplish something that you do not attempt? If thoughts could build industries and create innovations, the world would be saturated with technological inventions and almost everybody will have some degree of satisfaction. If the powerful thoughts in many minds were attempted, the world will be stunned at what the human mind and creative ability can produce. The problem however is that immediately a creative thought comes into the mind, we look at the reality around us and abort it even before it has any chance to see the light of day. Those who allow it to begin to grow come against opposing thoughts that force an abortion of the process. Others, on the other hand, overthink the matter to the point where they self-sabotage and abandon the whole idea. After all said and done, the only way to conceive and birth an idea is to be mentally strong enough to accept that it is a worthy idea that the are ready to give a chance. These are people who believe that no matter what the idea entails, it has the possibility of becoming an important part of human existence. When we have that frame of mind, thinking of possibilities will take the place of excuses. Immediately we can arrive at that kind of strong mental position, it prepares us to face whatever internal and external challenges that we will face in trying to bring the idea to life. The conception and the actualization of an idea are only possible in a strong womb, a visionary who can create an environment for it to flourish against all odds. No one will help you build until you start and arrive at a point where they can catch at least a glimpse of what you are seeing. Stop the storytelling and start doing something about your idea. No one will partner with anyone who is yet to prove they are passionate enough to do whatever it takes to accomplish a dream. When you are ready, it will be obvious. Stop expecting from people what you yourself are not ready to give to others. Do have a great day !

Comprenez-vous que vous ne pouvez jamais accomplir quelque chose que vous n’essayez pas ? Si la pensée pouvait bâtir des industries et créer des innovations, le monde serait saturé d’inventions technologiques et presque tout le monde en éprouverait un certain degré de satisfaction. Si les pensées puissantes de nombreux esprits étaient tentées, le monde serait stupéfait de ce que l’esprit humain et sa capacité créatrice peuvent produire. Le problème cependant est que dès qu’une pensée créatrice nous vient à l’esprit, nous regardons la réalité qui nous entoure et l’abandonnons avant même qu’elle n’ait la moindre chance de voir le jour. Ceux qui lui permettent de commencer à se développer se heurtent à des pensées opposées qui obligent à avorter du processus. D’autres, en revanche, réfléchissent trop à la question au point de s’auto-saboter et d’abandonner toute idée. Après tout, la seule façon de concevoir et de faire naître une idée est d’être suffisamment fort mentalement pour accepter que c’est une idée valable et que l’on est prêt à donner sa chance. Ce sont des gens qui croient que peu importe ce que l’idée implique, elle a la possibilité de devenir une partie importante de l’existence humaine. Lorsque nous avons cet état d’esprit, penser aux possibilités remplacera les excuses. Le moment que nous pouvions arriver à ce genre de position mentale forte, cela nous prépare à faire face à tous les défis internes et externes auxquels nous serons confrontés en essayant de donner vie à l'idée. La conception et la réalisation d’une idée ne sont possibles que dans un ventre solide, un visionnaire capable de créer un environnement lui permettant de s’épanouir contre toute attente. Personne ne vous aidera à construire avant que vous commenciez et arriviez à un point où ils peuvent avoir au moins un aperçu de ce que vous voyez. Arrêtez de raconter des histoires et commencez à faire quelque chose à propos de votre idée. Personne ne s’associera à quelqu’un qui n’a pas encore prouvé qu’il est suffisamment passionné pour faire tout ce qu’il faut pour réaliser un rêve. Lorsque vous serez prêt, ce sera évident. Arrêtez d'attendre des gens ce que vous n'êtes pas prêt à donner aux autres. Passez une bonne journée !

START EVEN IF YOUR STEPS ARE WOBBLY. - COMMENCEZ MÊME SI VOS PAS SONT BANCALS.

'Are you sure?' 'No... But I will do it anyway!' These are conversations that are had severally when we want to step out and explore opportunities and pursue our dreams. There are always valid concerns that come from people who are genuinely concerned about us. Being a visionary is a serious business that requires a high level of confidence and courage. If we are not exactly sure of what we want and the results we intend to achieve, we can become flustered and discouraged when things do not go as planned. There are no perfect conditions in a situation, however, opportunities must be harnessed within their lifespan. We therefore need to be sure enough not to second guess ourselves at each turn. Since opportunities do not last forever we have to do everything within our power to exploit them before they expire. The best way to go about whatever we are pursuing is to refuse to be distracted by what is lacking and to concentrate on what is available. When we take that stance, we put ourselves in the position to be able to improvise and adapt to alternatives that might even turn out to be better than we originally intended. Allowing what is not immediately available to hold you down can weaken your enthusiasm and passion. This is not good for the pursuit of purpose. Learn to focus on what is readily available and ways of overcoming what is lacking will open up as you go along. Nobody, no matter where they are found on this planet, has every resource ready before they start their journey to success. If you are in that position right now, you are in good company so start now. Do have a splendid week!

'Es-tu sûr?' "Non... Mais je le ferai quand même !" Ce sont des conversations qui ont lieu individuellement lorsque nous voulons sortir, explorer des opportunités et poursuivre nos rêves. Il y a toujours des préoccupations valables émanant de personnes qui se soucient véritablement de nous. Être visionnaire est une activité sérieuse qui nécessite un haut niveau de confiance et de courage. Si nous ne sommes pas exactement sûrs de ce que nous voulons et des résultats que nous souhaitons obtenir, nous pouvons nous sentir troublés et découragés lorsque les choses ne se passent pas comme prévu. Il n’existe pas de conditions parfaites dans une situation, mais les opportunités doivent être exploitées au cours de leur durée de vie. Nous devons donc être suffisamment sûrs de ne pas nous remettre en question à chaque instant. Puisque les opportunités ne durent pas éternellement, nous devons faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour les exploiter avant qu’elles n’expirent. La meilleure façon d’aborder tout ce que nous entreprenons est de refuser de nous laisser distraire par ce qui manque et de se concentrer sur ce qui est disponible. Lorsque nous adoptons cette position, nous nous mettons dans la position de pouvoir improviser et nous adapter à des alternatives qui pourraient même s’avérer meilleures que ce que nous avions initialement prévu. Permettre à ce qui n’est pas immédiatement disponible de vous retenir peut affaiblir votre enthousiasme et votre passion. Cela n’est pas bon pour la poursuite d’un objectif. Apprenez à vous concentrer sur ce qui est facilement disponible et les moyens de surmonter ce qui manque s'ouvriront au fur et à mesure. Personne, peu importe où il se trouve sur cette planète, ne dispose de toutes les ressources nécessaires avant de commencer son voyage vers le succès. Si vous vous trouvez dans une telle situation actuellement, vous êtes en bonne compagnie, alors commencez dès maintenant. Passez une semaine splendide!

CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES : TWO SIDES OF A COIN. - DÉFIS ET OPPORTUNITÉS : DEUX FACE D'UNE MÉDECINE.

Challenges abound everywhere we look irrespective of where we are. The shades of challenges make it seem that they are more in a given area. The truth of the matter is that the shades may be different but the effects can be equally as devastating. I was talking with someone at the weekend and when she told me the region she was from my immediate reaction was that of fear. When I expressed my feelings, she said that they have learnt to live with the volatility. The surprising thing is that before I asked her where she was from, she was answering another question I had asked by talking about the beautiful landscape of the region. That got me thinking, while some are focused on what is not working, others are too busy appreciating the possibilities and opportunities around them. In life, you will be greeted by what you focus on and other things will be hidden in plain sight. You can have the same people in exact same situation and they will be on opposite sides of the divide; challenges or solutions. One does not exist without the other, it just depends on which side you have decided to align with. In both situations, there are inconveniences but it is what you choose to magnify that will eventually take up your mental space. Either way, someone will intentionally point out the other side for you to notice. When you are challenges prone, that is all you will see anywhere you are just like when you are solutions prone. People who just want to go through life without any intentions of affect anything in a significant way, really do not bother either way. They go with what the majority thinks, they make their choices based on public opinion. To such there are no sides, life is just about what is acceptable to the majority. People who either want to make a difference or those who on the other hand want to find excuses, will either magnify the challenges or the opportunities. There is a reason why the 20/80 theory has become accepted as the norm. Find your place and be comfortable with it without making other people's position your business. Life is only so complicated for those of us who want to make it that way. Do have a fantastic weekend !

Les défis abondent partout où nous regardons, quel que soit l’endroit où nous nous trouvons. La nuance des défis donne l’impression qu’ils se situent davantage dans un domaine donné. La vérité est que les nuances peuvent être différentes mais les effets peuvent être tout aussi dévastateurs. Je parlais avec quelqu'un ce week-end et lorsqu'elle m'a dit de quelle région elle venait, ma réaction immédiate a été celle de la peur. Lorsque j'ai exprimé mes sentiments, elle a dit qu'ils avaient appris à vivre avec la volatilité. Ce qui est surprenant, c'est qu'avant que je lui demande d'où elle venait, elle répondait à une autre question que je lui avais posée en parlant des magnifiques paysages de la région. Cela m’a fait réfléchir : alors que certains se concentrent sur ce qui ne fonctionne pas, d’autres sont trop occupés à apprécier les possibilités et les opportunités qui les entourent. Dans la vie, vous serez accueilli par ce sur quoi vous vous concentrez et d’autres choses seront cachées à la vue de tous. Vous pouvez avoir les mêmes personnes dans exactement la même situation et elles seront des côtés opposés de la fracture ; défis ou solutions. L’un n’existe pas sans l’autre, cela dépend simplement du camp avec lequel vous avez décidé de vous aligner. Dans les deux situations, il y a des inconvénients mais c’est ce que vous choisissez de magnifier qui finira par occuper votre espace mental. Quoi qu’il en soit, quelqu’un vous montrera intentionnellement l’autre côté pour que vous le remarquiez. Lorsque vous êtes enclin aux défis, c’est tout ce que vous verrez partout où vous êtes, tout comme lorsque vous êtes enclin aux solutions. Les gens qui veulent simplement traverser la vie sans avoir l’intention d’affecter quoi que ce soit de manière significative ne s’en soucient vraiment pas. Ils suivent ce que pense la majorité, ils font leurs choix en fonction de l’opinion publique. Pour ceux-là, il n’y a pas de camp, la vie se résume à ce qui est acceptable pour la majorité. Les gens qui veulent faire une différence ou ceux qui veulent trouver des excuses amplifieront les défis ou les opportunités. Il y a une raison pour laquelle la théorie des 20/80 est devenue la norme. Trouvez votre place et soyez à l'aise avec elle sans faire de la position des autres votre affaire. La vie n’est que si compliquée pour ceux d’entre nous qui veulent la vivre ainsi. Passez un week-end fantastique !
