WHAT NEXT IN THE CYCLE OF LIFE? - QUOI DE NEUF DANS LE CYCLE DE LA VIE?

I saw a plaque in an office with the question “what next?” and I found it quite intriguing. Success has no end until we exit the stage, there is always something more to do. This is a question we have to continuously deal with as we navigate life if we want to make a difference and leave something behind to help those coming behind. Life is cyclical, we should not reach the end without someone to hand the baton over to. It is sad the way ideas and businesses die with the visionary.

Any visionary needs to understand that an end always makes a way for a beginning. When we understand that life is cyclical, we do not plan life to end with our departure, we help create a pathway for the incoming generation. There is always room to make things better and there will always be people who need assistance. “What next?” can just be simply being there to assure another that they are on the right path or they need to make a certain adjustment. We must never underestimate the power of a moment. Many sit and just watch the world go by because they do not believe that their little contribution can make a difference and many times they find out that what they thought was a little has been done by someone else and it has helped many. The difference is always based on whether you are living with intention or not. When you decide to live with intention, you will always find a way to make a contribution even if it is considered insignificant by others. It is true that leaders make policies that enable the larger society to function as it should but it is also true that a lot of difference has been made by ordinary citizens who decided to do something about pressing issues around them. People who live with intention have the ability to make policies indirectly by drawing the attention of leadership  by their contributions, to certain problems in society. Do not wait for others to start, others are also looking for those who are proactive enough to take the initiative so they can join in; that could be you. Enjoy your day! J'ai vu une plaque dans un bureau avec la question «Et après?» Et je l'ai trouvée assez intriguante. Le succès n'a pas de fin tant que nous n'avons pas quitté la scène, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire. C’est une question à laquelle nous devons constamment faire face lorsque nous naviguons dans la vie si nous voulons faire une différence et laisser quelque chose en arrière pour aider ceux qui viennent. La vie est cyclique, nous ne devrions pas en arriver à la fin sans quelqu'un à qui on passe le relais. C'est triste la façon dont les idées et les entreprises meurent avec le visionnaire. Tout visionnaire doit comprendre que la fin est toujours un début. Lorsque nous comprenons que la vie est cyclique, nous ne prévoyons pas que notre vie se termine avec notre départ, nous aidons à créer un chemin pour la nouvelle génération. Il y a toujours de la place pour améliorer les choses et il y aura toujours des gens qui ont besoin d'aide. «Et après?» Peut simplement être là juste pour assurer à un autre qu'il est sur la bonne voie ou qu'il doit faire un certain ajustement. Nous ne devons jamais sous-estimer le pouvoir d'un moment. Beaucoup restent assis à regarder le monde défiler parce qu’ils ne croient pas que leur petite contribution peut faire une différence et ils découvrent souvent que ce qu’ils pensaient être un peu a été fait par quelqu'un d’autre et que cela a aidé beaucoup. La différence est toujours basée sur si vous vivez avec l'intention ou pas. Lorsque vous décidez de vivre avec l'intention, vous trouverez toujours un moyen d'apporter une contribution même si elle est considérée comme insignifiante par d'autres. Il est vrai que les dirigeants élaborent des politiques qui permettent à la société dans son ensemble de fonctionner comme il se doit, mais il est également vrai que les citoyens ordinaires qui ont décidé de faire quelque chose pour remédier aux problèmes urgents qui les entourent ont changé beaucoup de choses. Les gens qui vivent avec intention ont la capacité d'élaborer des politiques indirectement en attirant l'attention des dirigeants par leurs contributions sur certains problèmes de la société. N'attendez pas que les autres commencent, des autres recherchent également ceux qui sont suffisamment proactifs pour prendre l'initiative afin de pouvoir y participer; ça pourrait être toi.
