THERE WILL ALWAYS BE GIANTS - IL Y AURAIT TOUJOURS DES GÉANTS.

Everyday is a new opportunity or a new obstacle, it depends on how you decide to see it. No matter how hard you try, there will always be people who have made up their minds to see only the negative side of things. There are Africans who will never see any good in this continent until her development becomes so obvious that even the the blind can smell it. No matter the arguments you put forward, their eyes are outside this continent and you cannot really blame them. However, life is always a mixture of opportunities and obstacles, the one you magnify determines what you can do with what you have, how far you can go and what degree of success you can have no matter where you live on this planet. There will always be giants, but it depends on whether you see them as insurmountable mountains or conquerable elevations from which you can help yourself and others get a better view of our world. Giants of racism, corruption, bad leadership, oppression, terrorism etc will always be in the land so long as human beings exist. You must realised that all those who have done remarkable things that history honours today, had to overcome these giants and stand on top of them to change the world. For those who wait for the land to be free from giants, they will go their graves without any legacy to be remembered. As you make up your mind to pursue your dreams in spite of the giants in the land, they will become smaller because most of the time, the magnitude of the giant is really in the way we see it. Chaque jour est une nouvelle opportunité ou un nouvel obstacle, cela dépend de la façon dont vous décidez de le voir. Peu importe à quel point vous essayez, il y aura toujours des gens qui ont décidé de ne voir que le côté négatif des choses. Il y a des Africains qui ne verront jamais rien de bon sur ce continent jusqu'à ce que son développement devienne si évident que même les aveugles peuvent le sentir. Peu importe les arguments que vous avez avancés, leurs yeux sont en dehors de ce continent et vous ne pouvez pas vraiment les blâmer. Cependant, la vie est toujours un mélange d'opportunités et d'obstacles, celui que vous magnifiez détermine ce que vous pouvez faire avec ce que vous avez, jusqu'où vous pouvez aller et quel degré de succès vous pouvez avoir, peu importe où vous vivez sur cette planète. Il y aura toujours des géants, mais cela dépend de comment vous les voyez, comme des montagnes insurmontables ou des élévations conquérantes à partir desquelles vous pouvez aider vous-même et aider les autres à avoir une meilleure vue de notre monde. Des géants du racisme, de la corruption, du mauvais leadership, de l'oppression, du terrorisme, etc. seront toujours dans le monde aussi longtemps que les êtres humains existeront. Vous devez réaliser que tous ceux qui ont fait des choses remarquables que l'histoire honore aujourd'hui, ont dû surmonter ces géants et se tenir au-dessus d'eux pour changer le monde. Pour ceux qui attendent que la terre soit libre des géants, ils iront à leurs tombes sans laisser aucun héritage par lequel on se souvient d'eux. Au fur et à mesure que vous vous déciderez de poursuivre vos rêves malgré les géants de la terre, ils deviendront plus petits parce que la plupart du temps, la grandeur du géant est vraiment la façon dont nous le voyons. YOU SHOULD BEFORE YOU COULD - VOUS DEVEZ AVANT QUE VOUS PUISSIEZ

There is a popular saying "where there is a will, there is a way" The reason many of us turn a blind eye to challenges around us is the fact that we do not think that we should do anything about them. It is always someone else's duty to fix a certain problem. Until you see yourself as a part of the solution, you can never be a part of the solution. If it is your cup of tea you will drink it. When you are concerned about any situation, you will begin to see what can be done to make it better as you take steps to do something about it. Until you get to this point, you will only see what is wrong, who is wrong and how they should do to fix it, you are never in the equation. While some are constantly analysing the problem others have moved on to see what they can contribute to be a part of the solution, you have to believe you should before you can see how you could. While some are complaining about traffic, others are thinking of how to dig tunnels underground to ease the traffic. While some are complaining and analysing the invasion of plastic packaging others are putting them to productive use. If you change the way you see challenges, you will discover a power to change things that you thought belonged only to the Wright brothers, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk or other "super humans" in that category. Everyone knows what the problem is, what we should all be looking for is the solution, be a part of that. Have a great day!

Si c'est votre tasse de thé, vous le boirez. Lorsque vous êtes préoccupé par une situation, vous commencerez à voir ce qui peut être fait pour l'améliorer quand vous prenez des mesures pour faire quelque chose à ce sujet. Jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez à ce point, vous ne verrez que ce qui ne va pas, qui a tort et comment ils doivent faire pour le résoudre, vous ne vous trouvez jamais dans l'équation. Alors que certains analysent en permanence le problème, d'autres sont passés à autre chose pour voir ce qu'ils peuvent contribuer à faire partie de la solution, vous devez croire que vous devriez avant que vous puissiez voir comment vous pourriez. Alors que certains se plaignent de la circulation, d'autres pensent à creuser des tunnels souterrains pour faciliter la circulation. Alors que certains se plaignent et analysent l'invasion des emballages en plastique, d'autres les utilisent de manière productive. Si vous changez la façon dont vous voyez les défis, vous découvrirez un pouvoir de changer les choses que vous pensiez n'appartenir qu'aux frères Wright, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk ou autres «super humains» dans cette catégorie. Tout le monde sait quel est le problème, ce que nous devrions tous chercher, c'est la solution, faire partie de cela. There will always be people who try to shoot down those that dare to be different. It is not because they are doing something wrong, it is simply the fact that they are taking on their excuses, depriving them of what to hide behind and exposing their weakness  and fears. When you dare to be different, you challenge the status quo and make the profiling excuses of race, gender, culture and whatever else people hide behind, of non effect. These are the arrows they will use to try to shoot you down. You do not have to have any degree of success before they attack, the mere fact that you are taking a step out of your comfort zone is a threat to those who want to remain in mediocrity. Isn't it amazing how people who have never attempted something are experts at giving you advice on how it should be done? All they want to do is magnify the excuses and keep you from climbing the ladder so you can remain with them in their mediocre and unproductive circle. What you need to keep telling yourself is that until someone does it, it seems impossible and you can be that someone. It is better to try and fall than to remain and wish. Everyone that dared was shot at, but only those who had enough thrust defied the laws of "it can't be done" and escaped they arrows of the naysayers. All you need is enough thrust, an undying passion and unshakable commitment to your dream to get you past the laws of "gravity" and soar. Enjoy your day!

Il y aura toujours des gens qui essaieront d'abattre ceux qui osent être différents. Ce n'est pas parce qu'ils font quelque chose de mal, c'est simplement parce qu'ils défient leurs excuses, en les privant de quoi se retrancher et exposant leur faiblesse et leurs peurs. Quand vous osez être différent, vous défiez le statu quo et faites les excuses de profilage de la race, du sexe, de la culture et de tout dont les gens se cachent, sans effet. Ce sont les flèches qu'ils utiliseront pour essayer de vous abattre. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir du succès pour déclencher l'attaque, le simple fait que vous sortez de votre zone de confort est une menace pour ceux qui veulent rester dans la médiocrité. N'est-il pas étonnant que les gens qui n'ont jamais essayé quelque chose soient des experts pour vous donner des conseils sur la façon de le faire? Tout ce qu'ils veulent faire, c'est magnifier les excuses et vous empêcher d'escalader l'échelle afin que vous puissiez rester avec eux dans leur cercle médiocre et improductif. Ce que vous devez continuer à vous dire, c'est que jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un le fasse, cela semble impossible et vous pouvez être ce quelqu'un. Il vaut mieux essayer et tomber que de rester et de souhaiter. Tous ceux qui ont osé étaient fusillés, mais seuls ceux qui avaient assez de poussée défiaient les lois de "cela ne peut être fait" et échappaient aux flèches des opposants. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est assez de poussée, une passion éternelle et un engagement inébranlable à votre rêve pour vous faire dépasser les lois de la «gravité» et monter en flèche.
