The creation of sustainable culture requires models. The idea of being the chief innovator and change agent that should be revered, is not good for the development of any community. Whatever has been introduced should be replicated as many times as possible to create an overarching atmosphere of growth and progress. The most important thing someone who wants to add value to any community should do, is create models that can be replicated by as many as are interested in following their footsteps. It is useless for one person to run with an idea that will be of no use to anyone when they are no longer around. 

It is not possible to change the way a community approaches life without getting as many people involved as possible. When an innovator teaches people to be inquisitive and makes them realise innovation is not the exclusive preserve of anybody, it helps them come out of their shells. This encourages and enables people to interpret things in a way that helps them to add their unique edge to already existing creations. By doing so, this collective effort will further improve the progress that is being made in the community. In no time with people willing to assist one another, things will move farther, faster. The development of a community is dependent on how much assistance we can get from each other. When we are ready to share knowledge and assist others to understand their role in improving the quality of life, it makes everyone who is interested understand and begin to research ways of becoming a part of the process. 

What puts a lot of people off is the fact that they do not believe that they can be a part of anything and they never try to prove themselves wrong. At the same time, those who have been able to find their feet refuse to lend a helping hand to encourage those who are not confident enough to try. It is unfortunate that some people like the idea of being lords, so they try to retain monopoly by discouraging those who want to play any kind of role in the affairs of the community. This is injurious to the community and it can continue to hold it back for generations. This kind of behaviour creates a culture of selfishness and greed. The decision to add value must be selfless in order for it to have any lasting effect. No quest to add value is worth its salt if it cannot help the community to move from one era to another. Every contribution should be able to give some kind of leverage to whoever is interested in joining the train.

La création d'une culture durable exige des modèles. L'idée d'être le principal innovateur et agent du changement, voué à être vénéré, est néfaste au développement de toute communauté. Tout ce qui a été introduit doit être reproduit autant de fois que possible afin de créer un climat général de croissance et de progrès. Le plus important pour quiconque souhaite apporter une valeur ajoutée à une communauté est de créer des modèles reproductibles par tous ceux qui souhaitent suivre son exemple. Il est inutile qu'une seule personne poursuive une idée qui deviendra obsolète quand elle ne sera plus là.

Il est impossible de changer la façon dont une communauté aborde la vie sans impliquer le plus grand nombre de personnes possible. Lorsqu'un innovateur encourage la curiosité et fait comprendre que l'innovation n'est le domaine réservé de personne, il aide les gens à s'épanouir. Cela encourage et permet à chacun d'interpréter les choses de manière à apporter sa touche personnelle aux créations existantes. Ainsi, cet effort collectif contribuera à renforcer les progrès réalisés au sein de la communauté. Avec la volonté de s'entraider, les choses progresseront rapidement. Le développement d'une communauté repose sur l'entraide. Lorsque nous sommes prêts à partager nos connaissances et à aider les autres à comprendre leur rôle dans l'amélioration de la qualité de vie, cela incite tous ceux qui sont intéressés à comprendre et à chercher comment s'impliquer.

Ce qui décourage beaucoup de gens, c'est leur manque de confiance en eux et leur refus de se remettre en question. Parallèlement, ceux qui ont réussi refusent d'aider ceux qui manquent de confiance en eux. Malheureusement, certains, avides de pouvoir, cherchent à monopoliser le pouvoir en décourageant toute participation à la vie communautaire. Ce comportement nuit à la communauté et peut la freiner pendant des générations. Il engendre une culture d'égoïsme et d'avidité. Pour avoir un impact durable, la décision d'apporter une valeur ajoutée doit être désintéressée. Aucune tentative d'apporter une valeur ajoutée n'est valable si elle ne contribue pas à faire évoluer la communauté. Chaque contribution doit offrir un avantage quelconque à quiconque souhaite se joindre à l'aventure.
