IMPOSSIBLE OR JUST PERSPECTIVE ?

Most times, what we believe is impossible is just the way we perceive it. How you see a situation will prevent you from objectively assessing your options. If you do not make enough mental room, you will always miss opportunities that are well in your capacity to explore. Impossibility might just be in your perception, change your perception and your opportunities will be limitless. Don't allow race, gender, history or tradition stop you from reaching your desired goal. 

La plupart du temps, ce que nous croyons impossible est juste la façon dont nous le percevons. Comment vous voyez une situation vous empêchera d'évaluer objectivement vos options. Si vous ne faites pas assez de place mentale, vous manquerez toujours des opportunités que vous êtes en mesure d'explorer. L'impossibilité peut être dans votre perception, changer votre perception et vos possibilités seront illimitées. Ne laissez pas la race, le sexe, l'histoire ou la tradition vous empêcher d'atteindre votre objectif.

IT MIGHT BE A WAKE-UP CALL - IL PEUT ÊTRE UN APPEL DE RÉVEIL

Her life was going according to plan, schooling was done and dusted, she had a job that she thought was her dream job and things were looking up. As usual, life began to throw some punches and things gradually began to take unexpected turns. She got a redeployment to a department that she had sworn to herself she would never work in. Unfortunately, she was at a point in her life where she could not afford to be without a job, so she decided to hang in there. However, she discovered that as she continued in that department, the challenges started to reveal to her who she really was at her core. Gifts that were lying dormant sprung to life and this experience led her into a passionate pursuit of her dream.  What we sometimes see as obstacles are actually a wake-up call to walk in paths of success that we have desired but have had no clue as to what they were or how to navigate them. We should learn to embrace challenges that life throw at us with a sense of purpose if we desire to do something worth the while with our lives. Next time you are tempted to go back into your shell or give up completely, remember that you might just be at the threshold of an important breakthrough. Enjoy a beautiful week! 

Sa vie se déroulait comme prévu, la scolarité était fini, elle avait un boulot qu'elle considersait son travail de rêve et les choses se levaient. Comme d'habitude, la vie a commencé à jeter des coups de poing et les choses ont progressivement commencé à prendre des tournants inattendus. Elle a obtenu un redéploiement dans un département qu'elle s'était juré de ne jamais travailler. Malheureusement, elle était à un moment de sa vie où elle ne pouvait pas se permettre d'être sans emploi, alors elle a décidé de rester là. Cependant, elle a découvert que pendant qu'elle continuait dans ce département, les défis ont commencé à révéler à elle qui elle était vraiment dans son noyau. Les dons inactifs se sont réveillées et cette expérience l'a menée dans la poursuite passionnée de son rêve. Ce que nous voyons parfois comme des obstacles est en fait un appel à nous réveiller pour marcher dans les chemins de la réussite que nous désirions, mais nous n'avions aucune idée de ce qu'ils étaient ni comment les parcourir. Nous devrions apprendre à relever les défis que la vie nous lance avec un sens du but si nous voulons faire quelque chose qui en vaut la peine dans nos vies. La prochaine fois que vous êtes tenté de retourner dans votre coquille ou d'abandonner complètement, rappelez-vous que vous pourriez être au seuil d'une percée importante. There is always something new to add to that makes what you consider an end to become a beginning. If you don't understand this principle, you will always sell yourself short. Living with intention and making a difference with your life means you always have to see life as a perpetual continuum. No success is an end in itself. Any dream worth pursuing has to be larger than you. Selfish people pursue things, it's difficult to have lasting impact if we cannot see beyond ourselves and our life time. Live in such a way that your contributions will be irreplaceable but your influence will help those coming behind to supersede what you achieved because of the contributions you made. Il y a toujours quelque chose de nouveau à ajouter qui fait de ce que vous considérez comme une fin un commencement. Si vous ne comprenez pas ce principe, vous vous vendrez toujours à court. Vivre avec l'intention et faire une différence dans votre vie signifie que vous devez toujours voir la vie comme un continuum perpétuel. Aucun succès n'est une fin en soi. Tout rêve qui mérite d'être poursuivi doit être plus grand que vous. Les gens égoïstes poursuivent des choses, il est difficile d'avoir un impact durable si nous ne pouvons pas voir au-delà de nous-mêmes et de notre temps de vie. Vivez de telle sorte que vos contributions soient irremplaçables, mais votre influence aidera ceux qui viendront à remplacer ce que vous avez réalisé grâce aux contributions que vous avez faites.
