THE POWER OF A MOMENT - LA PUISSANCE 'UN MOMENT

When we hear of inventions and ideas that change the world, it is hard to imagine that these things began in just a moment. Everything great began with what people call the “aha moment” but these moments come only to those who have desires to do something with their gifts and talents. It is not because they are special but it is the fact that they have a focus and are trying to reach a particular destination. When our minds are focused on what we can do to make a difference and make human existence better with our lives, we put ourselves in a position to receive ideas to help us achieve our objectives. We can never underestimate the power of a moment; it is all it takes to make a difference. Once you have the desire to make an impact in your generation, do not ignore those ideas that come to your mind, they might sound crazy but if you give them a chance, they are likely to help you reach your goal.

Quand nous entendons des inventions et des idées qui changent le monde, il est difficile d'imaginer que ces choses ont commencé dans un instant. Tout evenement significatif a commencé avec ce que les gens appellent le «aha moment" mais ces moments ne viennent que pour ceux qui ont des désirs de faire quelque chose avec leurs dons et leurs talents. Ce n'est pas parce qu'ils sont spéciaux, mais c'est le fait qu'ils ont un but et cherchent à atteindre une destination particulière. Quand nos esprits sont concentrés sur ce que nous pouvons faire pour faire une différence et rendre l'existence humaine mieux avec nos vies, nous nous mettons dans une position de recevoir des idées pour nous aider à atteindre nos objectifs. Nous ne pouvons pas sous-estimer la puissance d'un moment, c'est tout ce qu'il faut pour faire une différence. Une fois que vous avez le désir de faire un impact dans votre génération, ne négligez pas les idées qui vous viennent à l'esprit, ils pourraient sembler fou, mais si vous leur donnez une chance, ils sont susceptibles de vous aider à atteindre votre objectif.

What keeps most people from accomplishing much in life is fear. The other most important factor is ignorance which is what fuels the fear. Ignorance of what we have and the simple contributions that we can make engenders fear in such a way that even when opportunities present themselves for us to make a move, we shy away. To overcome this kind of ignorance, we must open ourselves up to information that will help us understand and develop our potentials. With adequate information, we will be able to recognize little signposts that can launch us into our areas of contributions. When we know how we can make a difference, it will embolden us to step out of our comfort zone at these signposts. It is very important that we know at what point or in what situation we should make a move because if we do not understand these indices it might lead to frustration and discouragement. On the other hand, we must not ignore our signposts because these opportunities may never present themselves again.

Ce qui empêche la plupart des gens d'accomplir beaucoup dans la vie, c'est la peur. L'autre facteur aussi  important est l'ignorance qui est ce qui alimente la peur. L'ignorance de ce que nous avons et les contributions simples que nous pouvons faire engendre la peur de manière que même lorsque des opportunités se présentent pour nous de faire un mouvement, nous répugnent. Pour surmonter ce genre d'ignorance, nous devons nous ouvrir à l'information qui nous aidera à comprendre et à développer nos potentiels. Avec des informations adéquates, nous serons en mesure de reconnaître les petits panneaux qui peuvent nous lancer dans nos domaines de contribution. Quand nous savons que nous pouvons faire une différence, il nous enhardir à sortir de notre zone de confort au point de ces panneaux. Il est très important que nous savons à quel point ou dans quelle situation nous devrions faire un geste parce que si nous ne comprenons pas ces indices, il pourrait conduire à la frustration et au découragement. D'autre part, nous ne devons pas ignorer nos panneaux parce que ces occasions ne peuvent jamais se présenter à nouveau.

WHO ARE "THEY"? - "QUI" SONT-ILS?

Majority of the people in any given society are self-proclaimed judges and juries, they have an opinion and judgment on every and any issue. They always know the “they” that should or should not be held responsible for mistakes and the wrongs in their immediate environment and their societies at large. These are armchair analysts who do not have a clue on how to solve the problems they are analyzing, that is why most times after uprisings against those in the wrong, the ones in the “right” find it difficult to accomplish anything. Am I saying that to have an opinion or to criticize is wrong? Absolutely not! What I want to point out is that we must be prepared with solutions that have been tested, not the ones in our imagination, to change the situation if the ball comes to our court. For a lot of us, we are just interested in getting the “they” out of the way without any intentions of making the necessary sacrifices needed to achieve PROGRESSIVE CHANGE. My since advice is that before you crucify the “they” be prepared to tackle the issues head on if the mantle eventually falls on you so you do not become the next “they” Before I listen to and take anyone who criticizes seriously, I want to see in practical terms what exactly you have tried, be it in a small scale, and to what level you have succeeded with it. The ones I do not want to hear at all are those who were once the “they” and they now come out to condemn the “they” who are producing the exact same results they produced when they belonged to the past “they”

La majorité des gens dans n'importe quelle société donnée sont les soi-disants juges et jurys, ils ont une opinion et un jugement sur chaque et toute question. Ils savent toujours les «ceux» qui sont ou ne sont pas  responsables pour des erreurs et les injustices dans leur environnement immédiat et leurs sociétés en général . Ce sont les analystes en chambre qui n'ont pas la moindre idée sur la façon de résoudre les problèmes qu'ils analysent, c'est pourquoi la plupart du temps après desmanifestations contre malins, ceux qui sont «juste» le trouvent difficile d'accomplir quoi que ce soit. Dis-je qu'avoir une opinion ou critiquer n'est pas une bon? Absolument pas! Ce que je veux souligner, c'est qu'il faut que nous soyons prêts avec des solutions qui ont été testés, et non celles de notre imagination, pour changer la situation si la balle vient à notre cour . Pour beaucoup d'entre nous, nous sommes seulement intéressés à disposer les "ceux" sans aucune intention de se charger des sacrifices nécessaires pour atteindre un CHANGEMENT PROGRESSIF. Mon conseil est qu'avant de crucifier les "ceux" soyez prêts d'aborder les questions en directe si le manteau tombe finalement sur ​​vous pour que vous ne soyez le prochain "ceux" Avant que j'écoute et prends au sérieux qui que ce soit qui critique, je veux  voir dans la pratique exactement ce qu'il  a éxperimenté, que ce soit même dans une petite échelle, et jusqu'à quel niveau vous avez y réussi.
