Growth is generally built on multiplying effects. This is why it is important to have a system of education that makes it possible for the right knowledge to be passed down from one generation to another. When knowledge changes hands, there is so much more that goes on. There is more room for the expansion of the subject matter as each one adds a little of what they know. We all have our different perceptions and experiences and all these play a huge role in how we decode information. As information travels from one person to another, there is always the possibility of a different angle being added. These proclivities develop into prisms of different shades that make up the holistic beauty of an idea. 

Culture is created by a value chain, ideas are moved around that become commonly accepted in a community. These ideas will eventually end up as part of how a community decides what their conventional way of life becomes. Someone discovers a way of doing something and passes it on to some other individual that tries it out and approves it. It then spreads to others until it is gradually accepted by the community. When this happens, it becomes enshrined in that community. Having been proven as something that can add value because there is visible improvement in a certain area of life in

the community, it remains until it evolves at a later season. The ripple effects of these tested principles is what builds the pillars that support the structure of a community.

 Unfortunately, this can even be a negative pattern that goes on unchallenged. This is the reason why those who want to add value should be bold enough to put forth ideas that can change the community for good before negative elements conceive dangerous ideas to fill a gap. Creation of culture can easily be started by one person, it does not have to be done by a group. Once you have an idea that can bring improvement to the community that no one else has started, do not be afraid to put it out there. Many people think about things but only the very passionate who are intentional and courageous do something about their thoughts. Many an idea that would have made a difference and changed society, have died without seeing the light of day because people were not passionate or bold enough to do something about them. It is funny how people will say they have been thinking about something that someone is working on. Thoughts are a dime a dozen and until we take steps to concretize them, they are of no value to anybody.

C'est pourquoi il est important d'avoir un système éducatif qui permette la transmission des connaissances pertinentes d'une génération à l'autre. Lorsque le savoir circule, de nombreux autres phénomènes se produisent. Le sujet d'étude s'enrichit, chacun y apportant sa propre contribution. Nous avons tous des perceptions et des expériences différentes, qui jouent un rôle crucial dans notre manière d'interpréter l'information. Lorsqu'une information circule d'une personne à l'autre, il est toujours possible qu'une perspective différente s'y intègre. Ces inclinations se transforment en prismes aux nuances variées qui composent la beauté holistique d'une idée.

La culture se crée par une chaîne de valeurs : les idées circulent et finissent par être communément acceptées au sein d'une communauté. Ces idées contribuent finalement à définir le mode de vie conventionnel de cette communauté. Quelqu'un découvre une manière de faire quelque chose et la transmet à une autre personne qui l'expérimente et l'approuve. Elle se propage ensuite jusqu'à être progressivement acceptée par la communauté. Lorsque cela se produit, cela s'enracine dans la communauté. Ayant prouvé sa valeur ajoutée grâce à une amélioration visible dans un domaine précis de la vie communautaire, cette pratique perdure jusqu'à son évolution ultérieure. Les effets d'entraînement de ces principes éprouvés constituent les piliers qui soutiennent la structure de la communauté.

Malheureusement, ce schéma peut aussi se perpétuer sans être remis en question. C'est pourquoi ceux qui souhaitent apporter une contribution positive doivent oser proposer des idées susceptibles de transformer durablement la communauté, avant que des éléments négatifs ne conçoivent des idées dangereuses pour combler un manque. La création d'une culture peut facilement être initiée par une seule personne ; elle ne nécessite pas forcément un groupe. Si vous avez une idée novatrice pour améliorer la communauté, n'ayez pas peur de la partager. Nombreux sont ceux qui réfléchissent, mais seuls les plus passionnés, déterminés et courageux concrétisent leurs idées. Bien des idées qui auraient pu changer la donne et transformer la société sont restées lettre morte, faute de passion ou d'audace. Il est étonnant de constater que certains prétendent réfléchir à des projets déjà en cours. Les idées ne manquent pas, et tant qu'on ne les concrétise pas, elles ne servent à rien.
