Often times, we write ourselves off before anybody will write us off and there is nothing anyone can do to get us out of that kind of hole. You do not know the shortcomings that others had to overcome to reach the heights that they have attained that you are admiring as well as allowing to intimidate you. Many of these have had to work through stiff personal opposition to get to where they are since the human default mode is to underestimate what they have got. There has been no period in human history when the red carpet was spread for all and sundry to walk on, every generation has its enormous challenges. The only way for life to spread the red carpet for you to walk on is for you to intimidate life by taking something considered insignificant and making it into something that attracts great attention. Everything is given the value that was created for it by the needs it can meet, everything waits for value to be added to it for it to take its stand on the podium of life. Many people wait until they have it all together and 'have made a name' before they think of giving back or making an impact. If you can't make an impact right now, you may never be able to do so because impact does not come from what you have, it comes from how you use what you have. Simply start where you are and do what you can in your circle of influence, no matter how small it is. Whatever you do not put to use will never grow and it is in growth that value is consistently added. Everybody can influence someone else, all you need is to be intentional about it and just be sure you are making the right impact. There is always someone who needs you to either point them in the right direction or encourage them to continue in it. You are never too insignificant to make a significant difference. Souvent, nous nous radions avant que quiconque ne nous radie et personne ne peut rien faire pour nous sortir de ce genre de trou. La seule façon pour la vie d'étaler le tapis rouge sur lequel vous pouvez marcher est d'intimider la vie en prenant quelque chose de considéré comme insignifiant et en en faisant quelque chose qui attire une grande attention. Tout reçoit la valeur qui lui a été créée par les besoins auxquels il peut répondre, tout attend qu'on lui ajoute de la valeur pour qu'il prenne sa place sur le podium de la vie. Beaucoup de gens attendent d'avoir tout ensemble et de « se faire un nom » avant de penser à redonner ou à avoir un impact. Si vous ne pouvez pas avoir d'impact en ce moment, vous ne pourrez peut-être jamais le faire parce que l'impact ne vient pas de ce que vous avez, il vient de la façon dont vous utilisez ce que vous avez. Commencez simplement là où vous êtes et faites ce que vous pouvez dans votre cercle d'influence, aussi petit soit-il. Tout ce que vous n'utilisez pas ne grandira jamais et c'est dans la croissance que la valeur est constamment ajoutée. Tout le monde peut influencer quelqu'un d'autre, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est d'être intentionnel et d'être sûr d'avoir le bon impact. Il y a toujours quelqu'un qui a besoin de vous pour l'orienter dans la bonne direction ou l'encourager à continuer dans cette voie.
