When you ask some people to give
their best in developing what they have got, they are not that interested because they are discouraged. They have come to a point where they think that they are
being obscured by the multitude and they stand no chance. You might feel like a
needle in a haystack, but there is someone patiently looking for that needle. It
may be hidden to many but it is still visible to searching eyes. Do not think
that no one is seeing what you have got. All that you need to do is to keep
going and doing your work with excellence. Not everyone is searching for what
you are doing with the unique edge you giving to that work. Many others might
be in your field of play but someone that needs your niche might just be
watching a particular game who is desperately in need of the way you play the
game. This is the reason why you should handle every game with excellence
because you never know who is in the stands. It is important to keep doing
everything you can to keep your shine irrespective of the size of the crowds
and how discouraged you might be feeling. So long as you can do something about
your dream, do not stop at anything to give it all you have got whenever the
opportunity presents itself. It is better to stay until you are ready to put
forward your best foot than it is to step out just to be present, if you know
you cannot perform with excellence, take a break until you can. You owe
yourself the results that your hard work can produce, so do not jump into the

with those until your break comes because just when you are not expecting it,
