A winning start does not mean a big start. Many who have had huge success and lasting impact started small, doing what others considered insignificant with a lot of passion, courage, commitment and determination. Stories abound of huge innovations today that were started without huge financial or human support, people did not even believe what they were attempting to do will ever come to light; from telephones to airplanes to Facebook and whatever else that have made overwhelming impact, started small and in obscurity. However, a lot of people are waiting until they can start big with huge financial assets, a robust human and enough moral support as well as a widespread network. They do not want to till the ground, they want to sow on a prepared farm. I have seen and heard of people who have had all the financial support to start a venture and failed. There is something about starting small that helps people to succeed better. It looks like passion is often fueled by challenges, they are the refining fire through which dreams pass for them to shine. When everything is in place, we tend to lose the steam that is necessary for us to make a lasting impact. Life becomes boring without the challenges that push us beyond our limits, our comfort zones do not bring out the best in us. Be excited about little beginnings, grow with your dream as you push boundaries and enlarge your coast enlarges, this will enable your very best to come out of you in order for you to leave behind a lasting legacy. Un début gagnant ne signifie pas un gros départ. Beaucoup qui ont eu un énorme succès et un impact durable ont eu un commencement modeste, faisant ce que les autres considèrent comme insignifiant avec beaucoup de passion, de courage, d'engagement et de détermination. Les histoires abondent aujourd'hui d'énormes innovations qui ont été lancées sans un soutien financier ou humain énorme. Les gens n'avaient même pas croire ce qu'ils tentaient de faire apparaître à jamais; du téléphone aux avions à Facebook et ainsi de suite qui ont eu un impact accablant, ont commencé petit et en obscurité. Cependant, beaucoup attendent d'énormes atouts financiers, un solide soutien humain et moral ainsi qu'un réseau répandu avant de commencer. Ils ne veulent pas labourer, ils veulent semer sur une ferme préparée. J'ai vu et entendu parler de personnes qui ont eu tout le soutien financier pour commencer une entreprise et qui ont échoué. Il y a quelque chose quand on a un commencement modeste, qui aide les gens à mieux réussir. On dirait que la passion est souvent alimentée par des défis, c'est le feu de raffinage par lequel les rêves passent pour qu'ils brillent. Lorsque tout est en place, nous avons tendance à perdre la vapeur nécessaire pour que nous puissions avoir un impact durable. La vie devient ennuyeuse sans les défis qui nous poussent au-delà de nos limites, nos zones de confort ne font pas sortir le meilleur de nous. Soyez enthousiasmés par les petits débuts, grandissez avec vos rêves car vous poussez les frontières et élargissez vos horizones, cela vous permettra de vous vous manifester afin de laisser un héritage durable.
