When we decide to embark on our journey in life, there will always be people who are ‘willingly’ to undertake that journey with us. Everyone believes in some aspect of your dream but not everyone is truthful about their association with you. There are some who just want to see how far you can go so there can mock you in the event that you falter or fail while there are others who will go because there is something in it for them. There are however, others who believe in you so much they are willing to stick out their necks and do all they can to help you succeed. It is foolish to believe that everyone is as happy for you as you are about your dream. Knowing this makes it easy for you to overcome the disappointment of people abandoning your ship mid-trip. It is important to mark those who ride with you when the wheels fall off because they are ones who would understand what it took for you to get to the end. In every journey, there comes a time when the wheels will come off because of the rugged nature of the terrain. When you get to a point where people begin to leave, just understand that there is a sifting going on and it is for your good. Many people that we carry along in the pursuit of our vision are actually dead weights that slow us down, so we must be grateful for whatever happens that brings about a sifting no matter how painful we might find that experience. This is the point at which those who will follow you to the finish line are separated from those who are only on the ride for what they can benefit. Interestingly though, the others usually find a way of getting to the finish line in order to join in the celebrations, this is a very important place to make difficult but life altering decisions. If you don't take note of this and they come to you at the finish line to congratulate you so that they can rejoin you, you would have made a very grave mistake. Since they were not there through the tough times, they would not be able to appreciate the results and they would then become squanderers of something that they don't appreciate. Always remember! Lorsque nous décidons d’entreprendre notre voyage dans la vie, il y aura toujours des gens qui seront «volontiers» pour entreprendre ce voyage avec nous. Tout le monde croit en un aspect de votre rêve, mais tout le monde n'est pas honnête à propos de son association avec vous. Il y en a qui veulent juste voir jusqu'où vous pouvez aller pour se moquer de vous en cas du chancellement ou d'échec, tandis que d'autres iront parce qu'il y a quelque chose pour eux. Il y en a cependant d'autres qui croient tellement en vous qu'ils sont prêts à tout risquer et à faire tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour vous aider à réussir. Il est insensé de croire que tout le monde est aussi heureux pour vous comme vous êtes pour votre rêve. Sachant cela, il vous sera facile de surmonter la déception des gens qui abandonnent votre navire à mi-parcours. Il est important de marquer ceux qui roulent avec vous lorsque les roues tombent car ce sont eux qui comprendraient ce qu'il vous a fallu pour arriver au bout. Dans chaque voyage, il arrive un moment où les roues se détachent en raison de la nature accidentée du terrain. Lorsque vous arrivez à un point où les gens commencent à partir, comprenez simplement qu'il y a un tamisage en cours et que c'est pour votre bien. Beaucoup de gens que nous entraînons dans la poursuite de notre vision sont en fait des poids morts qui nous ralentissent, nous devons donc être reconnaissants pour tout ce qui se passe qui provoque un tamisage, aussi douloureux que nous puissions trouver cette expérience. C'est à ce moment que ceux qui vous suivront jusqu'à la ligne d'arrivée sont séparés de ceux qui ne sont sur le trajet que pour ce dont ils peuvent bénéficier. Fait intéressant cependant, ces autres trouvent généralement un moyen d'arriver à la ligne d'arrivée afin de se joindre aux célébrations, c'est un endroit très important pour prendre des décisions difficiles mais qui changent la vie. Si vous ne prenez pas note de cela et qu'ils viennent vous voir à l'arrivée pour vous féliciter afin qu'ils puissent vous rejoindre, vous auriez commis une très grave erreur. Comme ils n'étaient pas là à travers les moments difficiles, ils ne pourraient pas apprécier les résultats et ils deviendraient alors des gaspilleurs de quelque chose qu'ils n'apprécient pas.
