BUILDING A TEAM 3 - CONSTITUER UNE ÉQUIPE 3

Why would anyone want to belong to a team where he does not understand what the group is all about? In many cases people are just lumped together in the name of teamwork who have no idea what they are supposed to achieve as a team. When individuals with different backgrounds and skills are brought together to achieve a specific goal, the purpose must be properly communicated to them for there to be a synergy. Furthermore, there has to be a driver of the group who would be able to rally the team in such a way as to arrive at the desired destination. The head of the team is not superior to the others, he is just there to coordinate the affairs of the team. If this is not understood, the driver can become alienated from the team as he tries to prove his superiority and deprive others from expressing their abilities. The head of the team should always realize that if they fail in holding the team together by working as a member, the dream will fail. The selection of the team leader is very important for the cohesion and growth of the organization or community.

Pourquoi voudrait-on appartenir à une équipe dont il ne comprend pas son objectif? Dans de nombreux cas, les gens sont simplement regroupés au nom du travail en équipe qui n'ont aucune idée du but  que  l'équipe doit réaliser. Lorsque les individus d'horizons et de compétences différents  sont réunies pour atteindre un objectif spécifique, on doit  les communiquer l'objectif correctement pour qu'il y ait une synergie . En outre, il doit y avoir un conducteur du groupe qui serait en mesure de rallier l'équipe de manière à arriver à la destination souhaitée. Le chef de l'équipe n'est pas supérieur aux autres, il est effectivement là pour coordonner les affaires de l'équipe. Si a n'est pas bien compris, le conducteur peut devenir aliéné de l'équipe alors qu'il tente de prouver sa supériorité et empêcher les autres de manisfester leurs capacités. Le chef de l'équipe doit toujours se rendre compte que s'il ne parvient pas à tenir l'équipe ensemble en travaillant en tant que membre, le rêve va échouer. Le choix du chef d'équipe est très important pour la cohésion et la croissance de l'organisation ou de la communauté .
