I was walking yesterday morning and something about a bush shrub caught my attention. I normally see some tiny flowers that are spread in clusters all over it, these I have always admired whenever I walked past that shrub. However, yesterday morning for the first time, I saw some other flowers which I even considered more beautiful, hidden inside the shrub which would not be able to attract the attention of a casual admirer. I began to wonder how something valuable can be hidden in plain sight if we are not really paying attention. What is interesting is the fact that value is not determined by how popular we are, it is determined by our uniqueness. When you ask some people to give their best in developing what they have got, they are so discouraged because they think that they are being obscured by the multitude and they stand no chance. You might feel like a needle in a haystack, but there is someone patiently looking for that needle. Everyone is not needed at the same time for the same purpose. Many of us are discouraged because someone in the same field is moving faster than we are forgetting that no two individuals are the same. There is something you can bring to that same arena with a different flare that may not be needed at the point of your contemplation. You cannot allow the progress of another person to stop you from doing with excellence something for which you know you have the ability and passion. Just keep doing everything you can to keep your shine by giving it your best. There is something that only you can add to the mix and that is what will attract those with a unique taste for what you have got. Just when you are not expecting it, you would be found and the story of your life will enter that chapter that you have always wished for. Keep giving it your best, but the only way to do that is to focus on your gift and maintain your lane until you get to the finish line. Do have a great weekend!

Je me promenais hier matin et quelque chose à propos d'un buisson a attiré mon attention. Je vois normalement de minuscules fleurs qui sont réparties en grappes partout, celles que j'ai toujours admirées chaque fois que je passais devant cet arbuste. Cependant, hier matin pour la première fois, j'ai vu d'autres fleurs que je considérais même plus belles, cachées à l'intérieur de l'arbuste qui ne pourraient pas attirer l'attention d'un admirateur occasionnel. J'ai commencé à me demander comment quelque chose de précieux peut être caché à la vue si nous n'y prêtons pas vraiment attention. Ce qui est intéressant, c'est que la valeur n'est pas déterminée par notre popularité, mais par notre caractère unique. Lorsque vous demandez à certains de faire de leur mieux pour développer ce qu'ils ont, ils sont tellement découragés parce qu'ils pensent qu'ils sont obscurcis par la multitude et qu'ils n'ont aucune chance. Vous pourriez vous sentir comme une aiguille dans une botte de foin, mais il y a quelqu'un qui cherche patiemment cette aiguille. Tout le monde n'est pas nécessaire en même temps pour le même objectif. Beaucoup d'entre nous sont découragés parce que quelqu'un dans le même domaine avance plus vite que nous oublions qu'il n'y a pas deux individus identiques. Il y a quelque chose que vous pouvez apporter dans cette même arène avec une touche différente qui peut ne pas être nécessaire au moment de votre contemplation. Vous ne pouvez pas permettre au progrès d'un autre  de vous empêcher de faire avec excellence quelque chose pour lequel vous savez que vous avez la capacité et la passion. Continuez simplement à faire tout ce que vous pouvez pour garder votre éclat en lui donnant le meilleur de vous-même. Il y a quelque chose que vous seul pouvez ajouter au mélange et c'est ce qui attirera ceux qui ont un goût unique pour ce que vous avez. Juste au moment où vous ne vous y attendez pas, vous seriez retrouvé et l'histoire de votre vie entrera dans ce chapitre que vous avez toujours souhaité. Continuez à donner le meilleur de vous-même, mais la seule façon de le faire est de vous concentrer sur votre don et de maintenir votre voie jusqu'à la ligne d'arrivée. Passez un bon week-end!
