Dans la plupart des centres urbains du continent africain, ce sont les hommes qui jouent aux nurses ou se baladent de cabaret en cabaret, abandonnant les champs aux femmes et aux enfants, pour après revendiquer le contenu du grenier.

L’amour du travail, le goût de l’entreprenariat, la culture du sens de la responsabilité, la primauté de l’intérêt général, la construction du bien-être individuel et collectif sont autant de valeurs qui nous manquent.

Nous sommes malades de notre ‘tradition’ empreinte souvent de sciences occultes qui est aux antipodes des progrès scientifiques si elle ne contribue pas à freiner leurs évolutions et même à les tuer. Cette tradition a pour conséquence néfastes de fossiliser les pratiques anciennes et de scléroser les capacités de créativité des populations face aux défis quotidiens de la survie et de l’adaptation au monde moderne.

Nous trouvons commode et confortable d’expliquer le grand retard de l’Afrique par les causes historiques, la traite négrière, la colonisation, le néocolonialisme, et des facteurs exogènes de l’économie mondialisant, la détérioration des termes de l'échange etc.… il n’en est absolument rien 😡😡😡

Nous ne nous en sortions jamais sans un changement profond des mentalités qui doit être engagé à travers des stratégies de développement communautaire à l’échelle des nations.
