EVEN WHEN YOU WANT TO SERVE

Almost everyone agrees that leadership is about service. At times it feels cliche to talk about servant-leaders, many do not really understand what this entails. Are you aspiring to serve so you can be called a good leader or you are serving because you are passionate about making life better for others? I have seen many in my nation who we thought were driven by a desire to improve society only to see another side of them immediately an opportunity to came for them to walk their talk.
