A visionary alone cannot realize the total vision, he needs others to help in birthing, sustaining and bringing the vision to fruition. The people you surround yourself with can make or mar the realization of your business idea. The most important task of the entrepreneur is to put together the team that will help accomplish his purpose. A lot of businesses have crumbled because of the wrong team. The entrepreneur must assemble a team that he can pour the vision into, to the point that they can carry the vision with almost the same passion that he does. Selecting such a team can be painstaking and long, but if one gets it right, the business will be able to out live the visionary. The entrepreneurial mind must be able to identify and train partners and those who will take over from him. Failure to do this will cut short the life span of the vision. What helps in this selection is the proper understanding of the big picture, who and what it will take to accomplish it.

Un visionnaire seul ne peut pas réaliser la vision totale, il a besoin des autres pour l'aider à donner naissance, soutenir et apporter la vision à terme. Les gens avec qui vous vous entourez peuvent faire ou défaire la réalisation de votre idée d'entreprise. La tâche la plus importante de l'entrepreneur est de mettre sur pied l'équipe qui vous aidera à accomplir son dessein. Beaucoup d'entreprises se sont effondrées en raison de la mauvaise équipe. L'entrepreneur doit réunir une équipe dans laquelle il peut verser la vision, au point qu'ils  peuvent porter la vision avec presque la même passion que lui. La sélection d'une telle équipe peut être laborieux et longue, mais si on le fait correctement, l'entreprise sera en mesure de survivre le visionnaire. L'esprit d'entreprise doit être en mesure d'identifier et de former les partenaires et ceux qui vont prendre la relève de lui. Sinon, cela va écourter la durée de vie de la vision. Ce qui aide dans cette sélection est la bonne compréhension de la situation dans son ensemble, qui et ce qu'il faudra faire pour l'accomplir.
