ASK YOURSELF QUESTIONS. - VOUS POSEZ DES QUESTIONS.

"Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton was the only one who asked why" - Bernard Baruch

"In times of change, learners inherit the earth while the learned are beautifully prepared for the world that no longer exists" - Eric Purford

I was listening to a discussion recently on the invasion of the AI age and the effects it will have on human existence. It was quite an interesting and thought-provoking discussion especially when they tried to shed light on what will become of most of the middle class which they say will be most affected. The question they tried to answer was what that large percentage of the world population would be doing without jobs. The answers were more confusing than educative. However, it helped me to think about a topic that had been on my mind to share. How many of us really ask ourselves thought-provoking questions that lead us to improve on life around us? Everything around us can evolve from its present state, but it has to be seen in that capacity before the needed improvement can be imagined and created. Many wait for others to create then they work all their lives trying to buy other people's invention for their enjoyment and entertainment. Movies have been remade that made more money than the originals. Stories have been rewritten and adapted to make more impact than the originals. Have you ever asked yourself the question that will make you say "if a human being did this then it is possible for me to this" Many have given up on themselves, so they never ask themselves questions that provoke learning and improvement, all they do is think of a reason why it cannot be done. It is only those who are determined to learn something new at every given opportunity that will confront their challenges and change the dynamics of their lives and society. Knowledge is growing at almost the speed of light, you cannot afford to be satisfied with doing anything the same way you did it previously. Always look for little ways to improve on what you already know. Always ask yourself questions that will drive you to seek better and more challenging ways of approaching life daily even if it is just changing the way you made breakfast yesterday. Have a great weekend!

Bon weekend!
